We frequent this Pizza Hut location because we like the way they prepare the food even though there are 2 other Pizza Hut locations and countless other pizza shops much closer to us. However, this time they failed us big time! I ordered online at 6:00 PM for a 6:45 pickup and drove 30 minutes only to be told to return in 20-30 minutes because "you know how technology is..." and some other BS why they were just then making our pizza. My wife and I drove over to a nearby park and talked to pass the time but then it took an additional 20-30 minutes to actually get the pizza once we returned to the store. The young lady at the pick up window was working her best "cutesy" routine as she BS-ed us as if we were idiots. It's a rather long story but in the end she withheld our food an additional 15 minutes or so because we asked to speak with a manager (which we simply gave up on because we were hungry). We've been coming to this Pizza Hut location for years, but I think we will try one of the other locations the next time. EDIT: I bumped the review up 2 stars because the manager contacted me and invited me back to the store with some store credit. We visited last night and had our usual good experience.
2nd EDIT, 11/8/24: We continue to get excellent food and service from this location and still drive 30 minutes each way to get it. I bumped the Stars up to five stars because they consistently provide excellent service.

Crystal is awesome! She cares about her customers and makes sure the food is fresh as possible. I appreciate an employee that cares about the customer and their experience. Crystal has that management mentality. Not all of the employees at this location have this mindset, and it shows. I've been here multiple times, and I'm glad to know my food is hot and fresh when Crystal is working.

Ordered personal pan veggie lovers. Went to pick it up. It was meat lovers. After a discussion with the employee, I told her I want what I ordered. Veggie lovers. She kept saying, "so do you want us to remake it, or do you want to go ahead and get the meat lovers". Don't know which word she didn't understand, so I had to walk out. Incompetence.

Ordered breadsticks online, waited 40 minutes at the pick up window. No one ever even came to tell us they were running behind or to see if our order was ready. Then they didn’t even put butter on the breadsticks, just Parmesan cheese. Super dry!!! Then the girl wanted to argue with me about their power being out. That was the day before, not my problem!

Even though this location appeared to be understaffed. They were friendly, smiling, pizza looked good, not thrown together. Piping hot, tasted great.Above was my first review. This is my next review. It was on February 23rd 2024. They did not have enough staff but this was a Friday night about 6: 30. They kept coming to the window and letting me know how long it would be and the young man there kept apologizing and I told him. Don't worry, I understand. The food came out. It was a very well put together. Pizza very hot. The staff did a wonderful job for the people that they had working. I would highly recommend the Pizza Hut in Ardmore, Tennessee.

Food was burnt, forgot my drink, took an extra 45 minutes passed delivery time, and there was a hair in my burnt pizza ???

Ordered delivery to my home for the first time. I received exactly what I ordered , the pizza was still hot when delivered and tasted great. The delivery was in the time line they gave and updates received by text. I will order again in the future .

My order was for delivery. When I ordered it said my order would be delivered in 35-45 minutes. It took 2 hours and 5 minutes and the pizza was cold. I tried calling, but no one would answer the phone. Very dissatisfied.
