We frequent this Pizza Hut location because we like the way they prepare the food even though there are 2 other Pizza Hut locations and countless other pizza shops much closer to us. However, this time they failed us big time! I ordered online at 6:00 PM for a 6:45 pickup and drove 30 minutes only to be told to return in 20-30 minutes because "you know how technology is..." and some other BS why they were just then making our pizza. My wife and I drove over to a nearby...

Crystal is awesome! She cares about her customers and makes sure the food is fresh as possible. I appreciate an employee that cares about the customer and their experience. Crystal has that management mentality. Not all of the employees at this location have this mindset, and it shows. I've been here multiple times, and I'm glad to know my food is hot and fresh when Crystal is working.

Even though this location appeared to be understaffed. They were friendly, smiling, pizza looked good, not thrown together. Piping hot, tasted great.Above was my first review. This is my next review. It was on February 23rd 2024. They did not have enough staff but this was a Friday night about 6: 30. They kept coming to the window and letting me know how long it would be and the young man there kept apologizing and I told him. Don't worry, I understand. The food came out....
