People are rude here a man came up and asked for sauce and the girl rolls her eyes about it also really long wait lately but maybe hire better people next time that’s a thought

Awesome place to eat if you're looking for anything barbecue related!!!! I've drove past this place for years thinking wonder if it's any good. The answer is YES IT WAS. And above my expectations. If your in Ardmore, this place is a must to eat at. Meal with appetizer and drinks was $28. Friendly workers. Quiet and peaceful sitting while dining in. Very clean all around. Will definitely be going back.

Ok...the ribs are Awesome!My " issue " is this; With Rick's long history one would think the mac & cheese would be top notch??Ahh....it's not. Not even close.The crust and presentation of the ribs is great, and so is the flavor . Their ribs are meaty as well.But Hard Pass on that lack luster mac.

Take 10 minutes to hit this place for a rest up and get filled up.Loaded BBQ potatoes (yes)Vinegar slaw (yes)The red sauce yesEverything's a yesDrive thru (yes)Alot of seating (yes)Self serve free refills (yes)Just quit eating fastfood for a similar price and get real good food.I recommend it.

Never again! Me and my husband ordered 2 rib plates with green beans, Mac and cheese, potato salad, and coleslaw. The ribs were supposed to be smoked, they were so smoked until they were dried out and I just knew it was old food. The sides, horrible just bland.

Casual dining, excellent quality food. Food you can't find in every restaurant like giant baked potatoes and the best fried green tomatoes.Parking: Bad location for handicapped. Long distance from the facility.
Would give zero if it was possible! Pulled in at 3:59 with a truck in front of me y'all just served and a car pulling in behind me, who you turned away as well. You tell me sorry we're closed and I say, "Really?" Yes we closed at 4. "It's 4 now, it's not a big order, you can't serve me, you just closed?" Sorry sir we're closed! NEVER for as long as I'm breathing, will I eat at this location again! The really sad part here is I know Bonnie, the manager, and yet she doesn't bother to respond!
Does not value hard working employees that were under a STATE OF EMERGENCY during the most recent winter weather! An employee was fired from his corporate position because he couldn’t make it into work because he lives in Alabama and the road he lives on is impassable. Corporate said they DID NOT care! This employee has worked for them for 3 years and has worked doubles more than 1 time a week and even worked while being very very sick before being diagnosed with UC. Even when he was in the hospital all he talked about was how he had to get back to work, and when he got out he was going back to work the next day( against the advice of his doctors). They really value nothing but the almighty dollar! BTW, he still tried to make it to work today after he demoted to an hourly employee because that’s the kind of hard working dedicated kid he is and he gives 100% at everything he does and ended up in the ditch on his impassable road along with 4 other vehicles and also the tow truck slide into one of the cars that they were trying to help get out of the ditch too!

They do not appreciate their employees. Carter was just fired because he was UNABLE to come to work due to the ice. UNABLE!!!! He has been with this company for years and promoted to the corporate office for years of consistent loyalty and now they do this!!! Ricks BBQ, you have lost my business.

We eat here about once a month. The food has always been great and it’s where our young grandchildren always request to go whenever they come to visit with us. The only problem we’ve had is that the dining room is almost always too cold, and it doesn’t matter what time of year it is. We just make sure to keep a sweater or jacket in the car.
