The establishment was very clean and the employees were very polite. They were working very hard try to make sure everyone was satisfied. I enjoy visiting this Sonics i dont have to wait no 1 to receive mynorder and the food is alway fresh and hot and my drinks are always made amazingly good. I dont know who th blonde manager is but shes a lil on the chunky side but she was even helping her crew out Love how the atmosphere is here . Thank you all for your wonderful customer service. Absolutely terrible. We ordered drinks and a milk shake. Waited 40 min for everything to be melted. We said the shushes would be ok even though they were melted but sent back the milk shake since it's not supposed to be the consistency of water. They then proceeded to get an attitude and took it back. Only to send the same exact melted milkshake. I understand they were stressed but that is unexceptable.
Ordered a pretzel bacon burger and received the most hideous burger I have ever seen was not a pretzel burger at all awful experience
