The establishment was very clean and the employees were very polite. They were working very hard try to make sure everyone was satisfied. I enjoy visiting this Sonics i dont have to wait no 1 to receive mynorder and the food is alway fresh and hot and my drinks are always made amazingly good. I dont know who th blonde manager is but shes a lil on the chunky side but she was even helping her crew out Love how the atmosphere is here . Thank you all for your wonderful customer service. Absolutely terrible. We ordered drinks and a milk shake. Waited 40 min for everything to be melted. We said the shushes would be ok even though they were melted but sent back the milk shake since it's not supposed to be the consistency of water. They then proceeded to get an attitude and took it back. Only to send the same exact melted milkshake. I understand they were stressed but that is unexceptable.

Workers are teenagers and they are talking more than getting orders out in timely manner someone need to clean house or get them to do there job wait 15 for them to take my order 30 to 40 minutes to get my order and food was cold when I got don't waste your time here

This place is horrible!!! I spent a lot of money here and got ripped off! It was $35!! First off they forgot our large order of cheese sticks then the chicken tender meal Literally had 7 tator tots in it and two hard French fries and the bread was so stale you couldn’t even eat it. I am beyond pissed I work hard for my money this is wrong!! Not to mention the girl that brought the order had a attitude. Don’t go here. And I even gave her a tip. Unbelievable

ordered a strawberry banana grape cream slush at the drive thru. a large, it was almost $13.00 which is usual because it a concrete slush so I expect to pay more. what I got was a regular slush, pulled around the building into an order station and pressed the red button for service. it took them forever to answer the button, and when they did they couldn't figure out what I needed, finally sent someone out who was polite and knew exactly what I wanted she said. she took my incorrect slush back inside the building and while she was inside I ended up seeing an ad on the screen for new loaded fries. so I ordered that while I waited I paid with card at the screen. I ordered a large and the screen kept saying my order was in the kitchen being prepared and would be out shortly, after 30 more mins on top of the 37min I had already waited I was very impatient. because that is uncalled for and ridiculous wait time for 1 LG cream slush and 1 LG loaded fry without being told anything at all! while I was waiting for my loaded fries the polite girl returned and brought back out a lg drink very similar to what I wanted the flavor just wasn't correct. I had already been there 37min trying to get the 1 drink I ordered so I politely accepted the incorrect item. and ended up having to push the red button several times after waiting a little over 30min just for the screen to say they were out of the kitchen. the screen never changed and I was beginning to think they were waiting on the potatoes to actually grow so they could pick, wash, cut and cook my LG fry. it was ridiculous. and all they had to do was communicate to someone why it was taking so long instead of just ignoring them and making them just sit there. I will not be back to this location or any sonic location for a while if ever again. all because of this ordeal at 1 location.....I just won't! SORRY NOT SORRY!
