Food was hot and fresh as well as quick service while busy. I interacted with Delilah and Nich during my visit and both were very nice and helpful. There was one mistake but that was due to an issue with their speakers and not any employees fault. Whoever is in charge of fixing those might wanna do that.

Store manager must not know how to do math. He admitted not ordering enough syrup for the French toast sticks, yet the mobile app still let me order them. The quality of Sonics across the country has degraded dramatically in recent years.

I was at this sonic on December 20 alittle before lunch. My husband had a hamburger meal and I got the Turtle Truffle Nut blast, medium, cost was $5.19 plus tax. When I received it, there was basically only vanilla ice cream with a few nut crumbs on top, no chocolate truffle at all. I asked her to come out so I could talk with her, I was not rude just told her and showed her there was nothing but ice cream. She never apologized just took it and brought it back and said she added "extra" it was some better but definitely not worth the price. She wasn't polite at all, as if it made her mad, I have came to this Sonic since it opened, but will never go back. If I wanted just ice cream could bought a half gallon at grocery store for less money than the price of this cup.
