I went threw the drive through for a last but quick decision it was actually good and the wait was way better then I thought considering Ardmore was having a Christmas Parade.
Parking: The location is right off the road in the heart of Ardmore with plenty room to park.

Terrible. Worst taco bell I've ever been served. Will never eat there again! Practically no meat or other fillings. Old and dry. Absolutely an embarrassing meal to serve to a human. Never again for me!

The restaurant has a sour odor around the drive through and indoors, quesadillas are never toasted, the potatoes are always hard as rocks. I’ve pulled up to the speaker and window during business hours to receive no service. Literally every other restaurant in Ardmore consistently gives you fresh fast food with decent service and this establishment fails in comparison. It’s a shame because my family and I really enjoy Taco Bell and can’t enjoy it in our own hometown without being letdown. We’ve stopped coming here entirely.

They where upset it was close to closing time and had already turned of the equipment and made the order they wanted us to have not even close to what we ordered. From wanting Chicken Burrito to getting a bean one. Just the first mistake no meat in any of our ordered items

Worst Taco Bell ever. Ordered like 8 different things. ONLY 1 was right. Looks like they jsut threw a bunch of stuff already made in the bag and gave it to us. Definitely will not go there again

We were the only customers there and they still forgot part of my order. The food I did get was pretty terrible. I should have read the reviews before even going there.
Food and service were great but restrooms are nasty. If restrooms have such foul odor, flies, old/dirty plunger, old/dirty urinal and sink, etc. then many like me assume areas behind counter are in similar condition.

Feels well worn out. Restrooms were dirty and need a full gut and renovation. Food menu prices were about 20 percent too high.
Parking: As you enter the property, be careful of folks exiting the drive thru.

God forbid they actually have any type of decent customer service. Get ready for cold soggy taco bell with a large side of attitude. And you better not ask for extra mild sauce, apparently “it’s protocol to give 6 sauce packs per order 🙄” I wish the eye roll was exaggerated

I don’t know who can’t fold and cut a quesadilla? But you need to get in a different line of work this date at sun 09/08/24 I will find a way to make a complaint since I guess the phone doesn’t work or talk aren’t doing your job which is highly likely and will be a Karen and call corporate… I take this personal with my quesadilla… honestly my 4 year old can do better
