Ordered brisket and the container wasn’t even filled up all the way which wouldn’t be as huge of a deal if most of the meat wasn’t covered in fat. By the time we finished pulling off a ton of fat, we were left with even smaller portion of meat and very very greasy. The baked potato salad tastes as though the recipe has changed. It was more sweeter than Savory and that’s one of my family’s personal favorite sides from baby jacks. Super disappointing especially for the price of the food and the amount they are charging. It’s a good bbq place but the food just doesn’t seem to be consistent. One time we get it, it’s amazing and perfect meat from seasoned and tender and moist and then other times we come and it’s like we got scrapes or not as good of quality in the food. Things are just too expensive now to not have quality and well made food that’s consistent.

We have been ordering Baby Jack's Family packs for a few years and have always been happy with them. The portions for all size packs have always been more than enough. We ordered the #1 for our family of 4 today; pulled pork, creamy slaw, fried okra, and a gallon of tea. I placed the order, and my husband picked it up. Whenever we order fried okra (no matter what pack) it is always served in a large clam shell or something larger. The one we got today was served in a small tray and in no way enough for 4 people! When my husband questioned it, he was told I didn't order a large. I have never had to specify size when ordering a family pack, and online ordering doesn't give you an option to select a size. We got the vinegar coleslaw instead of the creamy and the bbq sauce came in little condiment cups when they usually come in the bowls they use for sides. Also, the bbq sauce wasn't as thick as it usually is. It didn't taste the same either. I think a lot has changed with this location within the last year or so. We've noticed things tasting differently with past orders. The beans aren't as good as they used to be, so we no longer order those. We've really been disappointed lately. It's a shame, too, because it's the closest to our home. Service is always good and the restaurant is always well kept, but I don't think we will be ordering from here any longer.

I could not stomach the beans they were awful. Brisket was greasy. Banana pudding dint have 1 slice of banana in it. $20 took a couple bites and thru it in trash. NEVER AGAIN. Arlington need a good BBQ

Decent bbq if you are in a pinch. I had a 1/2 slab of ribs. They were fall off the bone tender with a nice smoke taste with the dry rub. Where I messed up was sampling the bbq from the various bbq variety of dispensers they have up front. Had that "rotten spoiled" after taste that ruined the meal along with something sticky was on their floor. Would have given a higher rating if not for those things. They sides I tried were both good (potsto salad baked beans)

Thought I would give it another shot at this location instead of the bartlett location. I was just as disappointed as I was in bartlett. Which really sucks bc I really liked their food in the past. The potato i ordered for my daughter made her really sick. I'm super disappointed, to say the least.

Got a half rack of ribs (dry) to go with the white BBQ sauce on the side. I placed the order online and it was ready in 15-20 minutes. Reasonably priced and the ribs were outstanding. My new go-to place for BBQ!

Thanks to Team Baby Jacks!! We didn’t have enough food as planned for our holiday party, we went to Baby Jacks not knowing they were closing at 6, they reopen their doors and made a Family pack for us. My family and I really appreciate Baby Jacks a lot. The food was GREAT!! The service was FLAWLESS!!

I ordered catering for a party I was hosting. The food was great and service the day of pick up was amazing! However, there was a little bit of a problem contacting the catering staff. They never answered the phone and after a few unreturned voicemails, I emailed them. Other than that, everything was great and the party guests really enjoyed the food.

Went by on Friday to verify when I needed to come get my Christmas dinner picked up and when I should order it. Was told Sunday would be fine and when I tired to order online the system was down. I called to order over the phone and was told they weren't taking orders. Explained the conversation from Friday and she asked the manager who told her no orders. I stated the issue again and she told me she would get the manager for me to speak with. After holding over 15 minutes no one came back to phone. Terrible customer service.

If I could leave zero stars I absolutely would. I placed an order around 7pm. I pulled up to the curbside pick up scanned the bar code and it said my order would be coming out. I waited and waited and waited while seeing an employee or two peek around the kitchen corner at me but still no order. I texted the number on the sign for “help” as it states on the sign but never received a response. I then pulled around to the drive thru let the person know I was waiting on an order and was cut off almost every Time I spoke. He told me my order would be at the window. I mean I would hope so I waited long enough for it! To say I’m irate/disgusted is an understatement!! Your prices don’t reflect your level of customer service which is basically non existent. Maybe let your employees know your customers have lives too. We don’t want to sit around for nearly an hour for our orders just as I’m sure they wouldn’t! The blatant lack of consideration is unbelievable to me! Your employees clearly have absolutely no desire to do their jobs and it shows! Do better baby jacks smh
