No vanilla ice cream available no waffle bowls. Both employees standing around talking. One finally asked me if I was ready to order instead of asking me immediately when I walked in. Customer service lacks with these young kids.

We went there today and purchased a banana split. When my husband came out it was the worst! I took it back inside and asked them where was the rest of the ice cream? I was told they use a child’s scoop for banana splits. We have been getting them at that location for years and this was the first time it was prepared that way. We will not be getting another one there. I was so disappointed that I wanted a refund!

Went to this location twice items was not prepared the same we always get the same thing. My second and last visit I asked for an extra scoop of ice cream the older lady that was fixing my treat gave me part of a scoop for my third scoop., then she only put hot fudge on half my sundae I asked if I could have some more she then stated it would be extra at that point I just left. I felt like I was being treated unfair.i have never had a problem and I am a regular

Very clean Bathrooms( had to use that 1st). Staff greeted Us walking into the store. My fiance tried several new flavors. The Ice Cream was delicious of course and We almost didn't get out of the parking lot eating the Ice Cream 💜!

If you've discontinued an item, then take down all the advertisements for it. Stood in line for 15 minutes to find out that an item I was literally watching an ad for had been discontinued. So I left.
Tried to come to this location last night around 9pm (Jun 13, 2024)! And before we could even get to the door we saw at least fifteen people in there and some people are waiting in line! Didn’t seem like the workers were working fast at all! No urgency!
So me and family walked away! It’s ridiculous!
This is one of the slowest and unprofessional Baskin Robbins in this area! The only reason they are all busy is bc they do not have competition!

I asked for a traditional banana split but I wanted it in a bowel (so when the ice cream melt it wouldn't spill) I explained that it was a banana split with a scoop of chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry with the traditional topping. She told me she followed the ingredients that Baskin robbins have. Got home and it's a bowel of vanilla ice cream with fudge covered with whipped cream and cherries on top. Just a waste of money. I would not recommend or be returning
