I think Shrinkage has come to the Chick! I was confused that this constituted a bowl of Broccoli Cheese soup for 5.49. The total for my order without a drink was 15$ and some change. For a scoop of Sassy Scotty, a complimentary cookie, pickle and some saltines. Reminded me to make my own with Rotisserie Chicken....Thanks Chick!

I love chicken salad chick and I’m so happy we have one in Arlington, but the last 2 times I’ve ordered food from them I’ve gotten home and have missed items. Maybe it’s better to eat in rather than take out. Hope it gets better in the future! Sweet staff though!

While the food is okay, the rewards program and accompanying app (the new version) need some work. Trying to scan the bar code from my recent receipt proved impossible, as did entering it manually into the app. Neither were accepted. The rewards program is probably more useful for people who have catering or bulk orders. It doesn't seem to be designed for the average consumer. In any case, I can make better chicken salad on my own and probably won't return to a CSC anytime soon.

Food was good. Service however lacks. Did an online order, went to pick it up. Missing part of the order (soup) so had to ask for that. Left and then turned around and went back when I realized the dressings were missing for the two salads….the young man only gave me enough for one salad…had an attitude when I requested dressing for both salads. Got home and my sandwich that I requested to be toasted…not toasted. There was only one other customer so I could see if they were busy…but they were not.

Good food and nice atmosphere. Not sure about being asked to tip 15, or 2o or 25 percent standing in line at a counter but otherwise nice.

I’m usually a huge fan of chicken salad chick; however, lately the food has been disappointing me. The flavors are fine but my portion sizes keep getting smaller and smaller. I’ve noticed that if I get takeout, my portion sizes are almost guaranteed to be smaller. I don’t mind paying the price for a chicken salad sandwich meal, but I feel cheaper out when the proportion sizes don’t match what I pay.

I haven’t been to chicken salad chick much. So I came in today to see what this was all about. I’d only been one time.

I was greeted by a lovely employee who was very polite and friendly with my many questions. They allowed me to actually try a couple of flavors so I could get one I actually liked! And I then placed my order.

They were so helpful in recommending what I should try to get me steered in the right direction to get started! I was super happy for their guidance!!

Highly recommended 10/10!!! Or. 5/5 as google says.
