I see people complain about the serving sizes and quality at chipotle going down over the years.
Haven’t had that issue here.
Whoever made my chicken burrito on 7/31 around 8:20 pm made the best chipotle burritos I’ve had in years. I ordered and paid for double and he made it happen.

Ok food. It needs more seasoning. Be prepared to bring salt packets with you. Service has been always fast for me at the pickup window. Overpriced for what it is. If you have time, you are better off going to a local Mexican restaurant.

Chips was absolutely stale , chicken to salty but service & environment rocked just I caught on bad cook day
To-go order scheduled to be ready by 7. Sat in drive thru for 30+ minutes. Our food had been prepared the entire time so it was cold and soggy when we got it. Tried to call the # to get staff’s attention, unable to speak with a person—only automated system. Quite frustrating considering the amount of $ spent for a meal.

3/8/2025 at around 4pm. Mostly empty restaurant. None of the tables were clean. The bathrooms were not clean either.
The food was cold but it was okay.
My wife ordered steak while my kids got chicken. The server accidentally put some of the steak on our kids burrito. When I pointed at the mistake she dumped the other half of the portion on my wife’s burrito and picked the steak off of the kids burrito. Only giving half of a portion to my wife until I said something. She was not very pleasant to be served by.
