This location has great pizza. No complaints there. But come on guys this is a chicken Alfredo portion! I counted like 4 slices of chicken and 13 noodles! I’ve had the same dish at different locations and it’s been fine. This should have never left the store. Do better.

My pizza was not all the way done. I had to pop it back in the oven to finish cooking. I ordered on a Friday night and they seemed a little busy so rushing to get it out and they didn’t even cut my pizza all the way so I had to slice it up after reheating it. I will bypass this location next time.

Pizza is good, no mistakes and toppings are fresh, crust is excellent and nice amount of sauce! Loving the NY crust, thin and soft and spices are great!

We mistakenly ordered to this location when we usually order to the Houston levee location . To be honest, a mistake that will NEVER happen again. The “thin crust” from Houston levee is always crispy. This dough was soggy and tasted raw. Two large custom pizzas ordered and only half of one ate. The rest no one wanted to eat. Don’t know who’s cooking the food but they need learn to bake the pizzas correctly

This WAS my goto for Pizza delivery but not anymore. I gave them 2 chances on separate occasions to provide pizza and other items by delivery. Both times, I ordered extra meat and the product delivered with toppings so sparse, I could not believe what I was seeing. The second delivery, apparently the driver must have dropped the box because the pizza was all jumbled on one side of the box. I complained to corporate, and they provided me a free pizza on my next order. Why would I go through that hassle again? I've learned my lesson.

On 6/10/25, I ordered an Ultimate pepperoni pizza and received a cheese pizza. I checked the receipt and noticed it stated “Ultimate Pepperoni, no pepperoni”. I’m not sure how that happened, but the order doesn’t make sense. I called the store and the young man who answered was rude and dismissive. I asked if he questioned the order when it came it, he said yes but he’s “not going to call every order that looks fishy”. He stated he was the manager on duty, so I asked for the owners contact info. He stepped away and returned to the phone to say the owners weren’t available and were probably out of state. When I asked for his name, he refused. He also refused to provide an employee ID# and then hung up on me.
Why is it everytime I order pizza or wings yall always give the bare minimum of topping or sauce?

I never have problems usually, this is the only time I have had any issue. I was a manager at a pizza chain for 3 years, and I know when a stuffed crust is a new item, that it could be easily undercooked due to inexperience with the extra dough in general. The pizza itself was very pale, very chewy with an odd flavor, the pizza was falling apart which just means it needs to be pushed back on the conveyer oven a little bit longer than the usual large pizza. Just a little bit of constructive criticism for consistency.

I’ll have to say the service here isn’t great, when the tracker said that my stuff was ready, they literally told me I had to wait a few minutes for my bread bites since it apparently wasn’t ready, like seriously, the tracker isn’t even accurate if they’re having to make me wait, when it literally says that it was ready… I mean come on!!!! Do better!!!

Not sure what happend but a disappointing experience. Crust tasted different and it wasn't like visits past. Not sure if things are being reworked but not the best. Went for boneless nuggets and they too were not as expected. On the dry side even buried in cheese and with sauce. May just be a bad experience. Will try again to be sure but hope next round is better.
