Our experience at Fowl Out in Arlington, TN was a complete nightmare, shattering our trust and leaving us overwhelmed with anger and despair. We had high hopes when we entered the restaurant, but instead, we were met with incompetence and negligence.We waited for arount 30 minutes, becoming increasingly frustrated as we watched others who ordered after us receive their food first. Finally, our order arrived, but it quickly turned into a horror show. My special needs cousin bit into a chicken sandwich only to discover the bottom bun was infested with mold and fungus. The sight was repulsive and left us in shock and disgust.Seeking resolution, we called upon the manager, but our pleas were met with indifference. The manager carelessly threw away the contaminated sandwich without taking any further action. Despite our persistence, the manager showed no concern for our situation.We demanded to speak with the owner, who promised a refund and additional food as an apology. However, this promise proved to be empty as we waited an additional 15 minutes on hold without any action being taken. It was a clear betrayal of the owner's commitment to address the issue promptly.When we requested to take a photograph of the moldy sandwich as evidence, the manager callously refused, directing us to contact another location. We reached out to that location, hoping for accountability, but received no meaningful response after another 20 minutes phone call wait on hold. The lack of closure and their dismissive attitude only deepened our dissatisfaction and anger.*Edit: After getting the direct phone # of the owner and contacting them, he did refund and seemed very nice/genuine. However I was scared to death due to not knowing how much mold my cousin ate before throwing away the sandwich.*This traumatic experience has left us scarred, our trust shattered, and our hearts filled with righteous anger. The well-being of my special needs cousin, whose health was jeopardized by Fowl Out's negligence, hangs in the balance. We will not hesitate to pursue legal action if my cousin gets sick as a result of this ordeal.

I’ve never waited so long on wings in my life. We stopped off the highway to grab a quick lunch. We have been waiting 30 mins and still don’t have food. After complaining we were told that only one person was cooking.. so that’s understandable. The food was okay when we did get it.

We went to this extraordinary eatery, today!! The Olive Branch location is extremely pleasant!! The cleanliness of the establishment caught my attention, first. Then, the customer service from Jaslyn and Cornelius drew us in. The food was piping hot and well seasoned. I’ve included pictures of everything we ordered. We had food left over!! There was absolutely no way we could finish it all. We also met the owner who was just as nice. The whole wings are EXCELLENT! They were seasoned well and crunchy. I had the garlic seasoned and hubby had the lemon pepper. The crinkle fries were seasoned just as well. The duck dippers are a hidden gem!! You can’t go wrong, there, either. Get an order of their Parmesan cheese sticks!! They have a nice crisp on them and are well seasoned. Everything tastes different!!! The Mr. also ordered some fish that was crispy and lightly breaded. Yes, it was crispy as well as seasoned. The fried green tomatoes were tasty, too. I truly enjoyed the sweet tea. It was what I needed to satisfy my sweet craving. Again, this is a hidden gem in the Olive Branch community. We are definitely returning. We’ve found a new eatery!! Thank you Jaslyn and Cornelius. ❤️❤️

I ordered for the first time last night. I will have to say the food is just okay. Two 4 piece chicken strip meals, $10.99 each turned into $31. This is because I subbed the slaw for extra fries, and had the chicken tossed in the sauce! They are definitely over priced! The strips were good, but the fries sucked! I will not order this again, next time I will get a Zaxbys family chicken strip meal! It’s way more food for the same price!Replying to the owner: your chicken strips are not the size of 3 strips at other restaurants. They were a decent size, but not as large as you are making them out to be. My problem is, If there are extra charges involved to for ex: sub cold slaw or have the chicken tossed in sauce, you should be advised of this when ordering! And your fries taste like old grease. My son placed the order via phone, and picked it up for me. He was never given receipt, so I’m honestly not sure where the extra charges came from, I can only assume. I didn’t realize it was $31 until I looked at my acct. Do better FOWL N OUT
Picked up dinner. Had to come back 2x for a Togo order and it wasn’t ready the second time. Took over an hour. Said it would only take 40 minutes. No point in picking up Wings-Honey Gold did taste good

Extremely slow service. I have ordered several times and have had to wait 45 minutes to an hour. Once I called in and paid ahead of time and waited 20 minutes and when I arrived still had to wait another 40 minutes.

As far as chicken goes, Fowl N Out is pretty good. I traveled with mine for 10 minutes before eating, and even though the chicken was cold, the juice and flavor was still pretty much there. My only real constructive criticism is when placing an order over the phone, don’t start with “it will be 45 minutes” before saying hello.
