Awesome staff, very courteous which is hard to find these days. Establishment was very clean.

I placed an order for pick up and my neighbor went to pick it up. Only to discover that my order was placed and paid to the Airline location, which was not the right location. I have health issues that limits my driving, so I depend on others for assistance. Airline Rd. is an inconvenient location for my neighbor and I never meant to order from that location.
I tried explaining that to the “owner” Elizabeth, who refused to give her name.
I now know her name is Elizabeth Jackson. Instead, she decided to argue with me about her products being used already. So not only do they have their product, but she also held my money hostage. She flat out refused to refund me. The person who went to the correct location paid for a new order for me to eat and take my meds. The “owner” Elizabeth Jackson was very unprofessional and I would never recommend or visit her location. It is 4:27am and I and so stressed. I feel violated. I can’t believe someone who provides a service to a community could steal and not consider her actions deplorable and immoral. The “owner” must be held to a higher standard if she plans to be a staple in the community. I wonder if this is her trained policy to her employees. Will they also be allow to steal 33.00 from the customers and not be held accountable? I thought, prior to signing with Lennys Holding, they would’ve stressed the importance of ACCEPTIONAL customer service. In addition, she stated that there was no number 901-753-4002, to contact corporate.

Always on point and quick!

Unbelievably slow. Went on a Saturday at 11:50. It’s 12:20 and I’m still sitting here. Maybe understaffed???? There’s 6 people ahead of me. This may be dinner instead of lunch. UPDATE. Just got food. 30 minutes. I can understand the wait if there are staffing issues but not being rude. I’ll stick with Subway down the street or Lenny’s on highway 64.

They are one of the friendest Sub Shops around.

Probably the best lennys I've been to

The food was good the service was ok
The tables were dirty the floor was dirty
If I had known the tables were as dirty as they were I wouldn’t have eat there or ordered there . Couldn’t see the grill area but! If it’s as dirty as the front I know I don’t want to eat there or ordered. Showed the employee bring our food out the table
She assured us they would clean table if we wanted it didn’t get that dirty in one setting

The ladies at Lenny’s greet you with a welcoming hello. The restaurant is clean, smells great, fully stocked … leaving you feeling so comfortable. The ladies are cheerfully helpful, helping you decide what you will like best. The Mac & Cheese is amazing!!! Thank you Arlington Lenny’s Ladies!!
