Please, Please, Please, Please, Please, Please, Please, Please, Please, Please, Can you let customers know how long their order will be when they order in the drive through, so that they can change their order if they don't/can't wait long! I waited 16 minutes for 2 ultimate pizzas, I could have gotten the pepperoni that was ready and waiting 😞

Pizza was old and cold. I specifically order my pizza online so I don’t get the pizza that’s been in the warmer for hours. Very disappointing. Papa John’s has deals just as cheap as little Caesar’s so I will be going back to them for my pizza orders.

Used the App to make my order, one of the great things about Little Caesars. Waited 30 minutes to finally get the notification my pizza was loaded into portal. I get there and my name is on the screen but when I enter the code, nothing is in the portal. The young lady working there comes over and says they gave my order away to someone else and needed to remake it. Tells me that it will only be a little while longer. I proceed to wait 15 more minutes and then ask her how much longer, she goes back and tells me just a little while. I then asked her what is “a little while” and she tells me 15 more minutes. Needless to say I wasn’t waiting and made them refund me. What a waste of time and how do you load nothing into a portal knowing you screwed up.

When I got there the young lady says “oh we mistakenly gave your pizza away with another order, it will be just a little while. Waited another 15 minutes and then ask the young lady how much longer and she goes back and says only a little while longer. I asked how long is a little while longer and she tells me another 15 minutes or so. Immediately asked for a refund. How do you give food away and know it and not be ready for the person you wronged. Horrible service.

Spent $30 on food; the pizzas were overcooked and the cheese was as brown as the cardboard box it came in. Total waste of money. I will not return to this location.

Every single time I’ve gone my order has been cooked to order! I love that for me. Nothing worse than food that’s been sitting in the warmer getting all dried out!

Food took forever, pizza just wasn’t worth the price, and a worker in the back begin crying and walked away and was not a place i’d go to when dominos is next door.
I spent $28 dollars on two orders of wings and 2 cheesy bread and they charged me for the marinara sauce for both cheesy bread. I WAS FLOORED!!! WHEN DID THEY START CHARGING FOR MARINARA SAUCE. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. THE SERVICE WAS JUST HORRIBLE.
