This place is the worst Mcdonald's ever. Totally sucks I will never go to that on again. Stupid people that work there the girl didn't know what a carry out bag was. 🤔

October 6th 2025 @ 9:45pm, I pulled up to the drive thru and I was the only person there. Someone else pulled up to the right of me and the took his order and I still sat there and waited a few minutes after that. I get my order and my Big Mac was cold and showered my fries that were only filled up halfway in the container!!! They all need to be retrained and if they only want to serve certain people then they need to be replaced!!!!!

Place actually SUCKS, I never leave reviews but how are you going to CHARGE me for extra raisins and fruit for my oatmeal but then give me none, ordered a dp got a Diet Coke. Every single experience I have here is awful. A 15 year old can run this place better than them. Not hard to look at a screen and see what they want… lazy is all I’m going to say.

The McDonald's on Airline Rd and US 70 has declined a lot in quality. They don't take pride in the food they serve. They don't care if they serve you slop. It's disappointing because it's the only McDonald's in the area.
On a few occasions, I've asked to have my food made fresh and they still give me old food, or they re-cook the same old food, and I can taste it. I've kept quiet in hopes that they would eventually get it together, but they haven't. The fries are almost always old and cold. This McDonald's is a disappointment.

Tables were dirty, given the wrong change (duped out of $10) the burger was NOT what i ordered , didn't find out until i'd driven home. Kids were happy with there meal. Mine was a mouthful of disappointment!

I don’t leave reviews normally but I’m over this. Ordered 2 McChickens, only got one with add cheese?? With weird looking and cold fries.. cookies cold too like theyve been refrigerated. it’s 9:30 at night and yall aren’t busy. Itd be nice to actually get hot food. Ready for the one on airline to open.
