Open 24 hours...the drive-through is usually busy at night and they're obviously understaffed on night shift. I visited inside the other day (around 4 p.m.) and they were courteous and efficient. Good, fresh food which isn't always the case with a fast food place.

Waited almost 50 minutes for my order and it was wrong .The woman at the counter was very rude . Worst experience at any fast food restaurant I've ever had .

They are more focused on drive thru. Knowing customers are waiting on front end
I waited at the drive through and they took the car that came after me first. Then gave me old, reheated fries in old oil. My bun was stale and sandwich was a mess after waiting at the window. There’s a McDonald’s at every intersection. Skip this one.

Service was excellent this morning. The lady working the window and the manager were both really friendly and I got my food quickly. Wish all mcds were like this.

Working out of town for work and gave this place multiple chances. After three times of waiting upwards of 15 minutes for my order to even be taken and add in another 15 to wait on my food. Not short staffed. 8 people currently in the kitchen. Just plain lazy

Customer service is rude and I will never go back to this location. I ordered my food and then turned the corner to pay. There was a card board on the window, with wrapping paper around it. No sign. I thought it was broken. So I drove to the next window. Finally the lady that took my payment came around and gave me attitude about driving past the first window. She kept asking if I saw her and that I just zoomed by. I tried to explain that it was a misunderstanding but she didn't care. Then I got my order but it was the wrong order. I talked to the guy that gave me my order and complained about the first lady and he just looked at me. Me with the wrong order I just drove off. I made a formal complaint with McDonald's after this incident. I will never go to this location ever again. The location at Wolfchase or Germantown Parkway near HomeGoods in Cordova is a lot better!

I ordered a quarter pounder for curbside pickup. It was the best burger I have ever gotten from McDonald's. It was hot, fresh, juicy, and made to my liking. The manager was very friendly and sociable. I gave the atmosphere 4 stars because I didn't go in.

I must state that I have NEVER posted a bad review on Google. I feel that it’s petty. However, in this situation, I’ll be petty. I’m ok with that.
I summarize my experience based on over 10 visits to this particular McDonald’s. Only twice did I have my order taken within a minute of being at the register. Both of those times was because it appeared that the district manager or maybe a higher executive was in the dining room.
You absolutely MUST pay with a card here at the kiosk and you are NOT allowed to use the register to pay cash unless you want to wait 5 minutes to be acknowledged…(when I say acknowledged, I mean that the employees will look at you but not say anything. Then they will continue their loud conversations with each other while you wait for your order to be taken at the register) Sometimes the employees are putting orders together for drive thru and sometimes they aren’t engaged in any activity except for socializing amongst themselves.
Grant it, if I used the kiosk, I will still choose to pay with cash so I would need to go to the resister and wait. This is why, I simply go to the register to pay. I keep meaning to purchase a McDonald’s gift card so I can use the kiosk…I just always forget til it’s too late. Of course, I could use my debit card or one of my credit cards, but it’s the principle for me. Call me old fashioned, I like cash.
