Ordered a quarter pounder Friday, Nov 14. Got the worst food poisoning I have ever experienced. Called to let them know what happened out of concern, they let me hit voicemail and ignored my voice message. I no longer trust the 64 and Canada rd location, will be telling everyone I know to AVOID

Waited at the “next window” for 10 minutes. They asked what I was waiting for…asked for my receipt to be able to make the order…nothing was correct down to the drink aside from my kids happy meal burger and the fries were cold, stale and unsalted. I have consistent issues with this store. Something needs to happen because minimum wage is too much pay for the outcome

I generally love this McDonald's but on this night it smelled as if they had been smoking weed inside. When they opened both drive thru windows the smell was overwhelming. My order was incorrect as well. Do a surprise visit to this location at 9pm.

I ordered food at 8:50p (I stay 2 mins away) sat at the drive through speaker for five mins before I decided to drive around due to the fact that no one had taken my order still… dat at the drive through window another five mins watching employees fix (their own) food only to tell me that they couldn’t make my order… cancelled my order without refunding me

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience here. A bag was handed to us soaked in grease and the employee looked at it, said oh well, and still handed it over. My husband’s double quarter pounder was almost falling out of the box, and when he bit into it, it was raw. Pics of both are attatched. My chicken sandwich was at least somewhat edible, but disappointingly cold and rubbery.
