Mezcal Mexican Restaurant

I tried to place a to go order today but the man upfront was rude. Took my money elsewhere

My nephew loves it so we came for lunch after church. I had Tacos de Carne Asada. My meat was a little bit over cooked but everything else was good. I think my SIL said they seemed down a waiter so service was a bit slow but not bad. They have a large menu so I will definitely come back next time I visit!!

Delicious. The salsa actually has some heat and flavor to it. I do not care for the tomato sauce that other Mexican restaurants try to serve as salsa ? Service is good.

Pasable

Rude management. Was overcharged for food and asked to see menu. The manager (he) started off very rude s as I was just speaking to him. After reading the multiple reviews about him and an issue with the menu prices versus what they charge you, HE has an issue. Customer service is NOT what you get here.

Nice atmosphere, and the food was pretty good. Maybe it was the dish I ordered but I felt it lacked a little of the authentic Mexican flavor. I did not taste the lime at all on my steak and shrimp dish. I'll have to go back and try some traditional menu items.

This is the best restaurant in the entire world. You can’t order bad food here. Everything is good. The price isn’t bad for the amount of food you get. Truly a gem and my FAVORITE food in all of Memphis, which is already an amazing food city! I will always love Mezcal! ?
