Only received 3 out of 8 boxes on a delivery order. Called and they said they would send the rest. 1 hour later still no food. Called. Was on hold for 15mins and drove up there while still on hold. Asked for the order to be remade, waited 20mins. They never started the food. Luckily we got a refund for the trouble. This was gonna be my first time trying papa johns. Very disappointed in level of service given.

There was a substance not sure what was in my food but was gray/brownish and gritty that was in only one area of the food. Showed them and they have no idea what it could be. They did send me another but couldn’t stomach to eat it. Yuck!!

Was really disappointed. Stuffed crust had hardly any cheese and it was hard. Almost no sauce on the pizza at all. So dry. Was really looking forward to it. Going to be very hesitant about going back now.

Ordered two pizzas, a cheese pizza and one with pepperoni, sausage, jalapenos, and extra sauce and requested it to be well baked. We received cheese breadsticks and a pizza with very little pepperoni and sausage that had extra cheese with almost no sauce and was nearly raw instead of well baked. I tried to contact Papa John's through their website but it's not functioning. We order Papa John's pizzas periodically from this location and the quality has been slowly declining. This is the worst Pizza I've ever had from Papa John's, ended up throwing most of it away.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience at Papa John’s. I placed an order through their app, and it was marked as “delivered” by a driver named Mark, yet no food ever arrived at my address. I waited, checked around, and confirmed there was no delivery.
Immediately after, I called the store several times to report the issue, but no one answered — not once. There was no communication, no follow-up, and absolutely no support. I was left with no food, no explanation, and no way to get help.
This is completely unacceptable from a company of this size. Taking customers’ money without delivering the product, then refusing to answer calls, shows a total lack of care and responsibility. I expect a full refund and serious improvements to your customer service and delivery process.
I encourage others to be cautious as well.

This location CANNOT get your order right, they have had to send me atleast 10 pizzas out cause they sent the incorrect thing because the staff doesn’t read what the customer wants, I’ve spoken to management and nothing changes…. JUST READ WHAT U ORDERED AND MAKE IT!!!!!

They helped me save money! I ordered from here somewhat frequently, usually for pickup on my way home from work. But a few weeks ago I ordered delivery. The tracker showed the pizzas sat there…and sat there…and sat there. Finally I got a message that they were subcontracting delivery to a third party service, who I can only guess got lost around Idaho, because it took so long.
Things happen, I get it. But a call to the store showed they didn’t care. Submitting a message on the website got no response. So now I have this cold, dry, bad food a long time later. And a bit more money in my pocket from not ordering there any more.

I ordered a gluten-free pizza with light cheese on it because I have certain dietary restrictions and my pizza arrived with full cheese on it. I was already annoyed because this actually happens to me a lot. So, I mustered up the courage to file a complaint and when I called to request my pizza be redone, I was told that they could re-make the pizza, but they couldn't do it for free. And I'm sitting here like, "What do they mean? Did I not just pay for the pizza?" It'd be nice if it was done right to begin with and I didn't have to jump through hoops to get something I could actually eat. Now, I just spent about $20 on something I can't stomach with no other options. Thanks a lot, Papa John's.
I came here to collect a pickup order and had to wait a few minutes for it to be ready. While I was waiting the workers were SCREAMING profanity and racist remarks to each other. This is the most unprofessional and unwelcoming pizza place by far. I felt unsafe in the building with the terrible things they were saying.
