I ordered a pizza to get delivered… portions of my pizza didn’t have toppings.. it’s just bread not even bread with sauce.. it’s impossible that whoever made and cut this pizza didn’t see this huge dry empty portion … the delivery guy was nice… but this place is beyond sorry… first and last time ordering from

I have two stars for quick resolution of the issue after complainingOrdered two pizzas. Both were underdone. One was extremely raw. With uncooked stretchy raw dough.The local store immediately offered a replacement which I appreciate but overall this was a disappointing experience.There’s also a hair in the pizza. Didn’t see it until I started looking at this picture. Glad I didn’t eat it.

Maybe Papa John should keep an eye on this place. Lots of young ones having way too much fun and not enough work. Saw others complain about delivery time and kids acting like call the manager next week when they are here.

We use to order from here about twice a month and they were very fast. They have since gone way down hill. I suggest you going elsewhere. They marked our food as delivered and never delivered it after waiting over 2 hours. They also kept us on hold for 20 minutes when we tried calling about it. Worst experience and customer service. Would have been okay if they would have communicated but they did not. Very very poor experience.

Bad experience that just kept getting worse. This location has been going down hill in quality and service for a while now, but after tonight i will find a different place. Ordered a couple of pizzas and a soda and after 2 hours i had to call them to see where it was. Put on hold. 10 minutes goes by, and i hang up. Called back and young guy answered said they were busy but door dash just picked up the order. An hour later still havent received food, i called back and was put on hold again by an older guy this time and was on hold 15 mins before hanging up and calling back. Someone picked up then hung up on me. Called back again young man from earlier answers and said that they already canceled my order and were sending free pizza my way. I told him to not bother i would refuse it since we already ate by then being more that 3 hours later. 30 mins later a driver shows up with 2 free pizzas that i didnt accept, partially because it wasnt the whole order, and it was 3 1/2 hours later. Too many options for pizza around to be treated like that by Papajohns.

Walked in to this location to order pizza through door dash for pickup and Andrea went above and beyond with a smile to help me out while placing my order .I wish I could take Andrea to every place of business bc more business need people with a Great attitude ,eargerness to help

Oh Papa John's, gotta give you a three star. Love your pizza, but I ordered half veggie and half pepperoni. Got one third veggie and two thirds cheese. Even the label on the box says half pepperoni.Oh well, good thing we'll eat cheese, too.

I placed an online order for delivery. About an hour later i got a call saying that the order could not be fulfilled. Im not mainly upset about the food but why did it take so long to call a customer to let them know they wont be receiving their food? And no discount was offer nor was anything done to make it right. I dont plan to order anything from papa johns anytime soon. I hope something can be put in place for a better customer experience.

Worst customer service ever. I have called about 10 times tonight only to be hung up on. I got my delivery but I was delivered someone else's order. That mistake was forgivable but being hung up on continually is not. That is awful customer service. One of the times someone even answered and when I said I was delivered the wrong order they hung up immediately. This is ridiculous.

@papajohns The New York Style pizza was cooked perfectly! Crispy Crust! BIG SLICES! Great for folding like New Yorkers do! A squeeze of of pepper! Good to go!
I ordered a pizza and they didn't deliver. Worse Pizza Hut in the city. I was told it was on the way, I called back and customer service said it was voided and we never canceled the pizza.
