Pizza was wrong when I got there. I didn’t mind waiting for a remake. Got home with my deep dish pizza and discovered the crust wasn’t fully cooked. Horrible pizza! Never again!

Terrible customer service. Employees AND manager rude. I placed my order at 5:20pm, came at 6:04pm to pick up like the order said. Was told they were behind and 40 minutes later I was standing there waiting still with no update and no one seemed to care. When I asked for an update the manager was extremely rude and my entire order was wrong. I had 3 kids waiting for dinner and I took what they gave me because it was clear I wasn’t getting help. At no point did I get an apology or an offer for a discount or refund. They didn’t even have my entire order right. I will never shop there again and that store manager doesn’t need to be in that position. His attitude with his employees and his customers was absolutely awful.

Where do I start
The pizzas weren't done all the way. Bottom of my crust was a light ivory and cheese in the middle wasnt melted all the way and it was doughy. Hubby had a thin crust and that managed to not be up to standard. They were just flat out nasty. I wouldve taken my chances with a frozen pizza from the grocery store to hope for a better experience. After paying almost $50 for our order and driving back to Millington to open the boxes to gross pizzas was very disheartening

Wanted to try new crust...IT WAS HORRIBLE!!!SAVE YOUR MONEY..ALSO IS THERE A BOARD OF HEALTH IN TN?? THIS PLACE IS NASTY!!! And when i called was told it was on a deal for 7.99 That crook charged me 12.00.. Close this rip off place down!

I ordered curbside pickup. When I arrived, I called and was told It would be a bit because she was the only one there. I figured I would help her by coming into the store since she was alone. When I entered, the door bell announced my entrance. I then heard her talking to someone else. Something about Kentucky fried chicken and green beans. She was not alone. When she did come to the front to bring my order out, I could still head someone in the back. Customers are priority, not talking to whoever was there. Also, the front counter was dirty. 1st time in a long time that ordered from pizza hutt, will probably be a long time again.

Don’t bother trying, over charged, didn’t get deal price offered and charged $2. Extra for extra cheese and then pizza was dry, very skimpy on cheese. I should have read the reviews online before ordering from this Pizza Hut. Don’t bother calling to complain, they don’t answer the phone either.
