Ordered a cinnamon sticks with an extra icing dip. Half of the sticks and the extra dip arrived missing. Called the store and the gur answering pretty much called me a liar and hung up on me. Needless to say they have list a customer today. Also delivered about 10 minutes late.

I placed an order for Carey out with the app, including tip. I went in to get my food and it wasn’t ready so I waited. When I checked in the GM took my tip out of the cash register and put it in his pocket. I watched him do this with tips from 4 other customers. It’s wrong that a GM will take all the tips and not share it with the people he manages and gets lower pay. It was upsetting to see this. When the girl in the back brought my food out and handed it to me I told her infront of the GM to make sure the GM shares the tips he has in his pocket. The GM looked shocked that I said that.
