Service was horrible. Me and my son stood there for 10 minutes and the lady working the register came up front and did something on the computer, walked back into the back, came back up with a customers order, and went to the back again. She never said a word. Customer service sucks. It was a black lady thick body frame with two braids to the back. Never again Pizza Hut. I pray she isn’t the manager. You all need to train employees again on customer service.

I rang the bell and waited for over 15 minutes. No one ever came to the front to offer assistance. I could hear them in the back but the ignored me after ringing the bell three separate times.

Waited 15-20 minutes for an order that was done 20 minutes before I even arrived. The worker Kea was who I told the name too and she didn’t even bother to check if it was done. She then disappeared for the remaining time I waited as I heard her in the back chatting up a storm. Finally a girl came up and said oh that order is done. And I checked the receipt and it had been sitting for about 30 minutes at that point. Do better.

This location has to be under new management. I didn’t have to wait long for my order. My pizza was delicious.
I had a last minute large order because my family and I were expecting guests. I thought that could possibly affect the quality of my food and maybe even receive it at a later time. However this team proved me wrong! My food was still hot and fresh! I can not thank you all enough. This store is under AMAZING management!

I give this place One last chance before I do a review on it, because my wife likes Hut Pizza. But to be Honest one more time this place let me down. I ordered the pizza online at 4:20pm as you can see in the recipe. I arrived at the store at 5:00 pm after I got an email saying the order was ready to pick up. And for my Surprise the lady told me the order wasn't ready and not even in the oven. I was so mad about it. how you can see I cancel the Order. Then I crossed the street at Marcos Pizza and In 10 minutes my order was ready. Thanks Marcos Pizza I got Home On time to Watch the Superbowl. Pizza Hut you mess up one last time I am not Buying from you ever and You Fan my Wife Either. I am Leaving Marcos Received for time different they literally got it ready in 10 min.
