I give this place One last chance before I do a review on it, because my wife likes Hut Pizza. But to be Honest one more time this place let me down. I ordered the pizza online at 4:20pm as you can see in the recipe. I arrived at the store at 5:00 pm after I got an email saying the order was ready to pick up. And for my Surprise the lady told me the order wasn't ready and not even in the oven. I was so mad about it. how you can see I cancel the Order. Then I crossed the street at Marcos Pizza and In 10 minutes my order was ready. Thanks Marcos Pizza I got Home On time to Watch the Superbowl. Pizza Hut you mess up one last time I am not Buying from you ever and You Fan my Wife Either. I am Leaving Marcos Received for time different they literally got it ready in 10 min.

I just called to order pizza, but as soon as they heard I was a getting delivery to a school they told me the system was down. I was only trying to order 2 Large pepperonis and 2 Large cheese pizzas. They didn’t offer a resolution or a time to call back, so I just ordered

It smells pissy in the establishment. They cancel your orders without contacting you and then play dumb like they don’t know what happens. Customer service is pure trash. I will never order from them again.

We LOVE Pizza Hut in our house! Their deep dish is just the best. Only issue we have is occasional accuracy with a topping missing or an item missing but 9 times out of 10, they're spot on and delicious!!!

If you want to stand beside a bunch of Doordash drivers while no one is behind the counter, only to have a rude manager, or some disinterested employee wait for you....then this might be the Pizza Hut for you !
I figured if there were four guys with Doordash bags that had not even been helped yet, the situation was bad. When I finally got the rude woman behind the counter, it took a turn for the worse.
I walked out the door while she yelled something at me, and went to Papa John's up the street. Those people at least were behind the counter, took my order, and I walked out with REALLY good pizza. I am glad I did not get any food from this garbage dump.
