Very consistently fast and polite service along with great food. Roughly $30 per person but we often bring home leftovers for everyone. Excellent selection of sushi and dinner options. More than worth the price and drive :)

I placed a pickup order for 6:00 and showed up at 6:15, fully expecting a delay (because they’re never on time). But even then, my food wasn’t ready, and the staff acted completely clueless. The man next to me said his order was supposed to be ready at 5:30! The place wasn’t remotely busy, and there weren’t any to-go orders waiting — just frustrated customers sitting around.

The food here is still great — honestly, it’s the only reason I’ve kept coming back. But the service has gotten terrible over the years.

I’m all for teenagers learning responsibility and building a work ethic, but the kids working here act like they could care less if you live or die. No greeting, no eye contact, no “thank you” — just the bare minimum effort to get through their shift.

If you’re going to take people’s money — in my case, nearly $70 — and promise a pickup time, at least have the decency to be somewhat close to on schedule or to acknowledge the delay. Instead, there’s zero communication and zero urgency.

I’ve given this place chance after chance because the food really is good, but at this point, the poor service outweighs everything else. I’m officially done.
