Redfish Asian Bistro

Just ordered food for delivery. I’ve eaten here before but SOMETHING HAS CHANGED 🙁 The food was not what I’m accustomed to from this restaurant. It was the not good at all. The best service was the delivery (the only reason they got a 3 rating)

This place remains on point with their food. The sushi is always delicious and well prepared. The pineapple rice is scrumptious.

Food is good this is why we came back.. but service the worse we didn’t even had a waitress while everyone else had one. They did not give us utensils and when I stand up and asked for some. I told the lady about not having a waitress and she said “we sorry we understaffed” well sad because everyone seem to have a waitress but us. Also I have to stand up and asked for my own tab.
Crazy! But not coming back.

The food was so good it was busting in my mouth. We had a sweet server whose name was Omar. He was serving face and body tea and had the best attitude. It was hard to leave there soft. 10/10 experience

Not bad food, but not good either... just ehhh.
Service needs work! The waitress took it order. My son mistakenly ordered sashimi, I told him it was incorrect from what he was wanting. The waitress pointed to a picture on the menu, a picture of Nigiri, he said ok and ordered it even though I told him it was incorrect. I ordered a yellow tail roll that was supposed to have mayo, but had none. I also ordered orange chicken. The chicken was way over cooked and tough! My son didn't even eat many pieces before he quit. The fried rice was just plain. Rice and egg, nothing else. When she brought it the sashimi, I told her that wasn't what he was wanting despite he accepting her picture recommendation. Over all the service sucks. And the food was just ok,except the chicken which was dry and tough and the lackluster fried rice. Also there were some gross looking streaks of something down the wall at our booth. I do not believe we'll be returning. There's much better Asian food restaurants in the area.

The egg rolls were some of the best I had. The Batman roll was good. I had shrimp and filet mignon hibachi. I requested the steak medium however it came Back well done. I didn’t get a refill on my tea. I enjoyed the meal though.

BF took me here for the first time and now it'll be our new favorite spot.

I had the large egg drop soup and it was delicious. I also had the age tofu and they make it extra spe ial with the bonita flakes and furikake on top with a nice sauce with a little kick. I also had the cucumber salad. Nothing too special; however they julienne them instead of slicing, which i really enjoyed.
BF had the churashi special and he said it was great. He had miso soup, salad, and a generous portion of different sashimi with roe on top.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and efficient. Overall, it was a great experience and we'll definitely be back. I highly recommend coming here.

Nice place. Unfortunately I can't rate the food because I had problems with my sinuses and couldn't really taste that day.
I'm vegan and ordered the vegetable fries rice with no egg, vegetable sushi, and miso soup.
However, my husband said everything was good.
The service was outstanding! Our waitress was new and let us know upfront that she might have to ask other staff questions if we had questions.
We did have questions but other staff came more than once to answer our questions and to check to see if we were enjoying everything.

I always have a wonderful experience dining in or getting food to go. The restaurant and bathrooms are clean and the atmosphere is warm. Not to mention the food is amazing. Most recently Angel waited my table and she went above and beyond. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough !!!

I got the “dance red snapper” sushi roll, I don’t know what the cook did but it was soooooo good. the clear water soup was good too. I need to make this my sushi place from now on. THANK YOU ANGEL MY WAITRESS YOU WERE LOVELY!
