The food was so good, like damn. I ordered take-out online because we were passing through this town. Everything was hot, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. I've never liked to get messy but the Birria Tacos had me licking my fingers. Even my usually picky toddlers were devouring their food in silence. 10/10 The parking lot threw me off but I'm not judging ingenuity, because having a take-out drive through window is ALWAYS a win in my book.

I had a disappointing experience tonight at Rico's Tacos in Arlington, TN. While placing a to-go order, I was unexpectedly confronted by a staff member who aggressively pointed her finger at me when I requested additional salsa and chips. I've been a regular customer and never had issues getting extra salsa with my orders before.
I was taken aback by her behavior—she even threatened to call the police, claiming I was a threat to her boss simply for making a request. Incredibly, she followed me outside and took a picture of my license plate. It’s disheartening to think that in today's world, people can react so unprofessionally and resort to dishonesty.
I believe management should address such behavior, especially considering that my request was just for some extra salsa to accompany my $50 order.

I ate a late lunch (1400 hrs) there on December 27, 2024 and drove home after. Approximately an hour and a half later I violently vomited in my living room, not being able to reach a bathroom. I will never eat there again. Arlington, TN resident.
