So this is the second time in a row that I've visited this location and placed my order and it never came out. Both times, I only ordered one item. It doesn't take that long to make a drink. Disappointed again.

I ordered a plain cheeseburger, with nothing on it. I got that, then I ordered a regular hamburger with everything but cheese. I got a hamburger patty on a bun. this is the 2nd time in a month I've been screwed over by Sonic. I'm about ready to scratch Sonic off my list for fast food.

I ordered 2 deluxe cheeseburgers. One with only ketchup and the other with only cheese, ketchup, and pickles. I saw the first cheeseburger description on the screen, so I asked if they heard the modifications for the second and was told they heard me. The thing lady brings the food out, and she enough the second cheeseburger has everything in it even though I asked the young lady who brought the food out was it correct. She said yes, so here I am having to hit the button again, so I told them the burger was incorrect. The same lady comes out, this time with an attitude. She asked what's supposed to be on the burger. I told her cheese, ketchup, and pickles. She rolled her eyes and went to get the burger. After waiting another 10 minutes, she brings the burger out. Guess what???? It's still wrong. Not it has mustard on it. I just left and asked my son if he could please just eat the mustard burger.

All I wanted was tea and tater tots. I order through the app after I pulled in at 1:09pm . I didn’t get my order until 1:31pm. She said she didn’t know what happened to my order. My tater tots were cold by the time I got them. They didn’t even offer to give me hot ones. I asked for a refund and gave the food back to them. If a customer spend $7.01 for just tea and tots, the food should at least be fresh and hot!

We had no problems, got everything as ordered. Busy at this time, but pretty quick service. Check for straws, napkins, condiments, etc. before you leave.
