Arlington Sonic delivered a perfect order.
Gavin and Garrett run a sharp crew. My burger looked exactly like the photo. Fresh bun. Crisp pickles. Clean onions. No mistakes on my custom order. Pickup was fast and friendly.
If you want a Sonic where the managers take pride in the food and the service, this is the one.

Have been going to this Sonic almost once a week for months. The last 2 visits our burgers have not been hot, they were lukewarm like they have been sitting in a warmer...not good. Going to take Sonic off the rotation which is a bummer since when they are hot the burgers are the best.

Everything was good and made to order. I have found that some Sonics will allow customers to use the restroom facilities but this one was not one of them. When asked if one of us could we were told the gas station had one we could use. Glad my normal Sonic isn't like this.

I am writing this review to detail a disappointing experience with both the food quality and customer service at this Sonic location.
​On 10/6, I ordered a Chicken Tender Meal. Upon arriving home, I was highly dissatisfied to find that the chicken tenders appeared old and stale. The fries were also clearly past their prime. I was offered to remake my meal but I declined because while i was home i begin to cook my daughter food.
​I drove back to the location to address the issue. I was informed that I would only be refunded for the tenders and the unused soda, with the staff refusing to refund the entire meal because my daughter had consumed the fries on the way home.
​I believe this policy is unreasonable. Having to drive home, discover the poor food quality, load up my children, and drive back to the restaurant is a significant inconvenience, which was caused entirely by the store serving substandard food. A full refund should have been provided to compensate for the waste of time and the unacceptable meal.
​The combination of serving old food and providing a partial, inconvenient resolution reflects a poor standard of quality and customer care. I hope management addresses both the food preparation standards and the customer resolution process. As I sit in my suv in sonic parking lot. The manager came out at 5:08 pm to the manager. It is now 5:37pm the manager stated he did not see my suv where i have been parked for almost 30 minutes

The only problem I had with them as they want you to pay 0.20 cent for an extra marinara sauce. Prices are already going up and the least they could do is give you an extra condiment.

So this is the second time in a row that I've visited this location and placed my order and it never came out. Both times, I only ordered one item. It doesn't take that long to make a drink. Disappointed again.
