Not being from the area. I ordered online before heading to gym for game. Anyway my order wasn’t ready. Upon entering. Laken asked my name. But greeted me first she said I’m two orders ahead of yours. I said okay. She was moving so fast. No one seemed overwgelmed. They all worked fast. Anyway I asked about honey packets and she asked how many more I needed. Then I asked about peppermint. She asked did I want her to add I said yes please. She said for future it’s an option...
Normally Starbucks is so good and great to come to but this past month has been so bad. I’ve been here two times in this past month and both times they’ve forgotten something on my drink. Once is a mistake. Two times is a pattern.
Ummm the experience I had here has always been great Gabriel the shift supervisor works really hard to make sure people get their orders at a precise and well time and he’s always kind towards every customer and makes sure they get a really 10 out of 10 experience!!!!!
