Y'all. My family and I do not typically eat Taco Bell. But, on this day, we wanted to try it. There was only 1 car of any employee in the parking lot. I thought, woohoo, no rush or crowds, but I should have realized... they was no one there because it's terrible. The cashier was friendly enough. Helpful, even, when my indecisive 8 year old while ordering. However... all of my drinks were upaized without asking and every piece of food we received was stone cold. Every part of every piece of food was stone cold. It was atrocious. Will not be back, do not recommend, this location is NOT where it's at. Ick.

I ate there Tuesday and it was good. The black shift manager lady with the long fake eyelashes was drinking a 20 oz coke and in her phone swiping with the gloves waiting on orders. I didn’t say nothing like I usually do. Today I was excited to go with my husband since he was finally off from work. We drove up and the store manager was out back taking out trash and smoking his cigarette. I got out the car and said hi I am back. And he said that’s a good thing. This was my second visit here inspite of the reviews. He was very nice. He opened the door for me. I talked to him a little. Then I asked him if the lady can change her gloves because she touching everything. He said well we tell them to change gloves every 15 minutes. I said well I do not want no food where people touching doors, on the phone and etc… so I am not going to order unless she changed her gloves. He finally said she gone change her gloves. Then the manager blew and walked to the back. She started talking crazy saying that she ain’t trifling etc… and talking about gloves and touching her phone. She was talking to me going off on me. I told her it ain’t nothing wrong with me wanting to ask that because everybody don’t think the same. But she kept on…
There was no hand washing going on. A young man came in to work and he was eating an apple as he clocked in. He never washed his hands. He was at the register. The manager he did not wash his hands either after coming in from the garbage. But I am the one that is a problem to them.
(I said I don’t want nothing because I didn’t want any body making me no food with an attitude!!! The food won’t be good or made with the right spirit!!!) so ….
I went to the car.
Then I came back in to talk to the manager. It really just went out one ear into the other. She do what she wants to do up there. And she running everything. My feelings were really hurt because she don’t know me and I didn’t do nothing. I’m still sad about it. I am always kind to people. I told him that I am never eating there again. He was unbothered by that. I told him she needs to grow up. This is a shame… why all the ratchet people working the jobs and they have no accountability???
This is a small way the world is bad because people grow up and learn no accountability or professionalism.

it’s 11:30 pm and they said they only take door dash orders. This place advertises that they are open until 2:00 am but yet they are not. Why not update the website? It’s a waste of time honestly.

No signs saying they open at 12 instead of the standard time, and online ordering was still active. Manager was VERY rude about these things. Cancelled order and will not be returning

The lady taking my order was unable understand that asking for the sauce, that COMES ON THE QUESADILLA, to be on the side does NOT mean that I'm ORDERING A SIDE OF SAUCE. THE SAUCE COMES WITH THE QUESADILLA. I WANT IT ON THE SIDE. YOU DO NOT GET TO CHARGE ME 80 CENTS FOR A SIDE OF SAUCE.
Also, when I asked for the sauce on the side, she should have known that JALAPENO sauce comes on the quesadilla, not CHIPOTLE SAUCE. That's kinda jarring when your receipt shows the wrong sauce. Thankfully the correct sauce was in the bag, however...
I look in the bag and I have ONE ramekin of sauce. For TWO quesadillas. The two quesadillas were NOT BOTH FOR ME. 2 ITEMS, 2 RAMEKINS.
After dealing with all that as the cars behind me line up, I get home and BOTH of the quesadillas WERE NOT CUT (standard quesadilla procedure at Taco Bell). Just folded over tortillas. Not easy to dip in the sauce.

Drive thru is empty, you think this will be quick… AFTER YOU PAY they tell you to park in the parking lot. You find out it’s a 45 minute wait. The new SCAM in fast food

Came in at night, they made me go out to parking lot from the drive thru like I'm dining in and wait more than 15 mins trying to cheat the speed system. Staff is on their phones, smoking outside. Not well regulated or professional at all.

End experience was ok. Went to this location because the app said they served breakfast. App took order and charged me only to find out they don't do breakfast. Team made an alternative option that tasted great. But to have an expectation of something that didn't come to fruition is sad.

Ordered 2 #3's (Burrito Supreme with 1 crunchy taco supreme) requested jalapeños on the burrito Supreme, an additional 4 taco Supremes an order of cinnamon twists, 1 unsweet tea & 1 half/half tea. Tacos were soggy as if sitting for a while & falling apart, Burrito Supremes were bean burritos with no jalapeños, cinnamon twists turned upside down in the bag and due to the soggy tacos were now also soggy and mixed in with tomatoes & cheese. Half/half tea was so watered down it was undrinkable I threw that mess in the garbage.Dont eat Taco Bell very often but promise it will not be this location ever again. And to boot wife asked about the new Cantina chicken bowl & they added that to the ticket luckily she caught that & had it removed. Taco bell you've got to do better than this.

The food was pretty good, but there was a girl working in the back with the worst attitude. Acting like we were bothering her to take our order. Would just say she wasn't doing certain things and just made the atmosphere very blah!!!

Friendly staff for the most part. They have a high turnover so you never know how you'll be treated or if they'll be shorthanded. Food quantities vary, depending on who is making your food.
