On 1-9-25 2:58 AM. I believe they were angry because I ordered late. It's not my fault that you work where you work. Those 2 men chose this job.
I paid for an extra side of meet, it was not in the bag ,so I asked for it. They were upset about that. I asked for sour cream and paid for it. Got none.
I will be up here in the morning to speak with a manger.

Came to the drive through online it said open no one took our order we were outside for 7 mins waiting for a response never heared one we left. So rude never coming back
This location is always setting their own times to open and close. And even when I do get my order, which is almost never, it’s never right or it’s cold or they’re always out of something . On today December 20, 2025. I arrived at the drive thru at 2:20am , which closing time is 3am, they stated they were closed and that corporate had just changed their closing time TODAY. Which I know is a lie. The workers and just lazy and costing yall a lot of money. If you are open until 3, YOU ARE OPEN UNTIL 3! Deal with the hours or find a new job.

Place is disgusting, they screw up every order, and there's been food missing in every take out at the drive through, don't waste your money
A few years ago, I started asking for extra meat and cheese on top of my Mexican pizza. Game changer. It was worth it to pay the extra couple of dollars to taste something other than those refried beans. But I had a craving for a pizza and went there recently only for the manager (I guess) to yell to the young man working the window that meat only goes inside. So I left. Don't understand why people work so hard to not give customers what they're asking for. Took my $20 to the grocery store and made my own.

I love Taco Bell's food, but their service is the worst in any location. The staff is inexperienced and unwilling to serve the public. They're always saying the system is down, and they waste a lot of salsa—they give you tons with every order that go straight in the trash.

Black server there had such a nasty attitude when asking for my online order. If I hadn't asked she would have continued to ignore.

Decent location with a smooth setup. The self-order kiosk made the process super easy and fast, which I really appreciated. The restaurant was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Great spot for a quick bite without any hassle!

no stars isn’t an option. constantly have issues at this taco bell. we placed a pickup order and they recieved it and then when we get there suddenly their system is down. dude behind the screen has no idea how to proceed, i guess no manager on duty??? they didn’t refund it or cancel the order. then proceeded to complain that us being in the drive thru would run up their time , why does it matter if they aren’t open?? the systems are down but it’s still keeping time? make it make sense. totally unhelpful , rude, and don’t know how to do their job. and i’ve worked in fast food , customer service, ALL OF IT . night shift taco bell SUCKS

Ordered food at night with over a hr and a half to go before they closed. Said he wasn't making anything more then a taco. Then said a chicken quesadilla was too much to make and to pick something else to substitute
