Ordered a #9 ask to add black beans onions and lettuce n soft tacos every thing wrong and remade it n they had attitude and fixed it with dried out beans tacos dry n had me and another car n line service so poor I hate coming to this one even when my wife came for me order wrong like always drive threw each time

The cooks was Yvonne and Yazmin and hazel and destiny they polite they was busy but they end up giving my food to while it fresh it tasted amazing the inside was clean the bathrooms was clean and they were team working to get all the orders out on time

This place is a joke!!!!The staff was outside smoking while I’m in the drive thru waiting for someone to take my order. Someone finally came to assist me only to tell me they’re only doing tacos while displaying the whole menu. This type of laziness from your staff is unacceptable and upper management need to visit this location to see what staff they entrusted to run their business.

They give you not even a tablespoon of beef in your taco. The location on Germantown will give you the right amount. Crazy 😂
Food was ice cold and there wasn't one single packet of sauce with my tacos. This is the worst experience I've ever had with taco bell

TERRIBLE HYGIENE PRACTICES!! They're touching their phones, clothes, and noses then touching food (taco shells, cheese, chips, everything). It's disgusting and definitely a health code violation. What's the point of wearing gloves, if you're gonna be unsanitary??

Worst taco bell experience ever and we don't have high expectations from taco bell. We've given it 3 chances thinking they were have an off day. First time they didn't have any supplies. Literally was only able to order beef tacos with no lettuce. They had no chicken or soft tortillas or veggies. Second time they could only take cash. Today I was trapped in the drive thru fir over 10 minutes because no one went to the window of the car ahead of me and I couldn't back out because cars behind. They never came on the box to even take my order after asking me to hold. I'm done trying with this location.

Just went thru drive thru and received a soggy taco broke in 6 pieces, the burrito supreme was messy. Ended up eating it all with a fork so I didn’t get too messy. Bad visit.

Y'all. My family and I do not typically eat Taco Bell. But, on this day, we wanted to try it. There was only 1 car of any employee in the parking lot. I thought, woohoo, no rush or crowds, but I should have realized... they was no one there because it's terrible. The cashier was friendly enough. Helpful, even, when my indecisive 8 year old while ordering. However... all of my drinks were upaized without asking and every piece of food we received was stone cold. Every part of every piece of food was stone cold. It was atrocious. Will not be back, do not recommend, this location is NOT where it's at. Ick.
