I don't even know why I bother trying to go to this Taco Bell sometimes. It's always something. Today I get in the drive thru and I am told they're only taking exact cash. I'm a little thrown off by that because I'm used to being told they're only taking cash at fast food restaurants but never exact cash. I'm like if you're taking cash why can't you make change for me? So then he asked if I still wanna order and I'm like well since I'm not sure what my exact total will be, I guess not.

I love taco bell but honestly it's hard to love something that keeps ripping you off like when you order a deluxe box just to get home and find out there's no lettuce and tomato or when you order a beefy burrito and there's no meat... I expect to get what I pay for but every time I come to tacobell it's a gamble.

Ordered in advance. Waited 20 min after arriving. Discovered half the order was missing along with no napkins or utensils, etc. We were told they were slow because they were busy. We did not see any other customers.

Always 'open' but the workers never answer the drive thru, if you can NOT pay these people better, at least enough to CARE. PLEASE close down this location. I have been here 3 different times in the past two weeks and each time when they are 'open' they are miraculously out of everything I try to order or just not answering the drive thru, the doors are usually locked as well so its not like I can go in and order. Workers are exhausted, don't care and are underpaid.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Most of the time the person taking the orders are rude. I’ve gotten the wrong food multiple times or it’s cold and soggy. I would rather drive further to go to a better Taco Bell then go to this one that’s right down the road from me.

Worst Taco Bell in Memphis. Half the time they don't have what you want and then the food they do have is poorly made. Hard rice and stale tacos is all you are gunna get

Teach your workers not to be so dang rude! This is ridiculous. I’ve been here to this Taco Bell specifically and every single time i go they are so rude! This last time was the final straw. Whoever you had working the drive thru window at 10:30 pm on 10/17/23 should be fired.

This review really deserves NO stars. I placed an order in the app and almost an hour later my order was cancelled. I tried to call the number listed and the message stated it has been changed to unknown number. I can't even find out why my order was cancelled.

I was given the wrong drink, my food was lukewarm and chips were stale, and the side of nacho cheese they gave me was barely half full (and that’s being generous). When I asked for an extra, the girl told me I’d have to pay for it and go back around through the drive -thru? And gave me so much sass for asking for the correct drink.. definitely not returning to this location.

We've had repeated issues with this particular Taco Bell over the last several months. Every time we order using the Taco Bell app, the restaurant claims they never received my order and I have to contact customer support to get a refund. They've also been out of items, or don't have limited time items available (meanwhile, the Taco Bell further towards Wolfchase has it and service is better).I've lost all patience and will no longer be doing service with this Taco Bell. I'm not sure if I'll keep getting TB, period. But this location seriously needs a revamp.

Worst location! The employees are so hateful at this location. God, forbid you ask a question. The lady at the window talks to costumers like trash. I've gone to Taco bell since I was a child, but I will never return to this location along with several people in the area who were treated exactly the same.
