I just learned today to never go to this particular Taco Bell at night. I ordered 2 double stacked tacos and recieved a dry tortilla wrapping a hard taco shell, no lettuce, no nacho cheese and barely any meat. I also ordered the double decker taco and recieved no meat or anything and all beans. Absurdly vile. I have never had an issue with the day crew. Food is always on point. Avoid this location at all cost at night. Horrible food quality

Food presentation very sloppy when unwrapped barely anything inside a taco that was part of a combo. Looked like just the taco shell placed inside paper. Not the first time

This place gives a really bad name to the company People are rude and the food is terrible literally the restaurant was empty they had 9 employees and our burritos were cold and literally had no meet in them when we ordered supreme Definitely never coming back to this location hope corporate does something about this

The workers delivered me my food with extreme precision and speed, they soared in with elytra’s from Minecraft and didn’t even drop it!! Excellent service and amazing food, love this place! Ps. I had diarrhea after this..

Me and some friends came here after playing pickle ball. The servers were so kinda and the atmosphere was absolutely amazing. I orders a beef grilled cheese burrito and it was FANTASTIC! Will come again
I was traveling through memphis from Nashville, and usually my fast food experiences are subpar at best. I stopped at the airline rd location in Arlington and Lashondra was extremely pleasant and went above and beyond to make our experience a good one. We will go to this location next time we are passing through.

New post: brought a group from Church for some Taco Bell. With the exception of the cinnamon twist the food was great. The twist had a strong taste of chlorine and soap. I had my grandson to try them and he said it tasted like pool water. I took them to the manager and told him he needed to throw out the entire batch, he took them and went back to doing whatever he was doing. I felt he should have at least offered a replacement or offered an apology. I hope I don't get sick from it later.
My complaint was we were waiting at the counter to place an order and a smart ass woman told us hateful to use the kiosk to place an order. If they had any sense at all they would put up a sign telling customers they can only order at kiosk. In the least be nice about informing us what to do after we waited 5 minutes for someone to take our order.
