New post: brought a group from Church for some Taco Bell. With the exception of the cinnamon twist the food was great. The twist had a strong taste of chlorine and soap. I had my grandson to try them and he said it tasted like pool water. I took them to the manager and told him he needed to throw out the entire batch, he took them and went back to doing whatever he was doing. I felt he should have at least offered a replacement or offered an apology. I hope I don't get sick from it later.

My complaint was we were waiting at the counter to place an order and a smart ass woman told us hateful to use the kiosk to place an order. If they had any sense at all they would put up a sign telling customers they can only order at kiosk. In the least be nice about informing us what to do after we waited 5 minutes for someone to take our order.

I suggest new management for this location on airline rd in Arlington. Every time I repeat my order ask the person asking the order to repeat it and still it comes out wrong. How can one item be wrong every time. After complaining inside with the order the person who calls herself a manager wanted to argue with me. I will drive to the location in lakeland before I use this in place with all those clowns working there.

It’s so sad that the employees just can’t get an order right. EVERY SINGLE TIME. I just can’t comprehend the ignorance of these people. I thought doing an online order would be different and they could read and get it right. Nope. Looks like the employees can’t read or comprehend. At this point I’m owed 4 tacos with NO LETTUCE! I will never go to another Taco Bell. Just horrible.

Hello! I’m very frustrated with my experience at store #5228. I went there yesterday (which was 12/26/2024) to try the nuggets meal. I went inside and self placed my order and patiently waited on my food. When i received my food, the nuggets was warmed and my fries was hard and cold. I called the young lady over that was on the headset by the window and asked her can I get my fries remade. She then went to the back and talked to JIMMY and I noticed she started laughing which really got my attention. I then went to the side to look at what was so funny about remaking my food and I heard him say in a very rude and angry voice is “tell her to come back or something, I’m not about to do that I’m busy!” I asked “so he’s not going to remake it?” He said “he don’t have time for this shit!” ….. I thought to myself why would I inconvenience myself after paying for bad service?!…. eventually Eventually I asked for a refund and everybody kinda of stood around and the other young lady that was in the window said “I’ll do it.” Once she put the money back on my card, I ask JIMMY for his name and he wouldn’t give me his name. I noticed everyone was kinda intimidated by JIMMY so I finally did some digging in my own and got his name. The way he acted towards me I’m sure he’s gotten away for his behavior and know that no action will take place. I will be talking to the store manager Liz and see what type of action will take place. I’ve already spoke with one of the managers and she said they were short handed and he’s not a table person so he may was frustrated. She also stated that it usually 8 ppl there but they only had 4. I explained to her that that’s not my problem….. how I would have handled that situation I would’ve let the customers know that “ We can definitely drop you some fresh ones and we’re a little short on staff so it may take some time but we’ll get you taken care of.” I will be back to let you know the update on what action that was taken place!

We ordered in the drive through. 1/2 of the drive through screen is not functioning, so you cannot review the menu prior to order. The chicken quesadilla had very little inside, and was a bit of a mess. Overall, the experience was below what I expect from a Taco Bell, and my expectations are very low.

Order extra meat. Every taco had 2- 3 mm of meat. 2 of them didn't have any 1/2 way through. All shell and lettuce. Sept. 19th 11:30 in the afternoon.

First time trying this Taco Bell. Purchased the Mexican pizza with 2 tacos meal. The pizza was made very well. Probably one of the best Mexican pizza's I've ever had at a TB. The tacos were, unfortunately, a disaster. First of all, when you reach in the bag to grab a taco and you can't find it, that's a problem. The tacos had almost no ingredients on them. They were completely closed. I had to open them just to see if anything was on them. They were made like tacos you would give a messy 3 year old. Just enough ingredients to say it was a taco. Very disappointed with this experience. If we ever go back (IF), we will get the Mexican pizza and leave. We left hungry after purchasing a full meal. That shouldn't happen. We could have given our business to someone else and walked away much more satisfied with our dining experience. 1 star for the Taco, 5 stars for the Mexican pizza. Overall 2 stars because we were still hungry when we left.

30min Long wait, said they were short staffed but it looked like they had a group of people working,and food order was wrong. However staff was nice and food was good.

Bad food and bad attitude. It has to be pretty bad for me to go put up a negative review. The food is wrong EVERY TIME. When you make a cheesy bean and rice burrito, the cheese sauce is meant to go along the entire length of the burrito, not on one end of it. I’ve literally asked specifically for this to be done properly and it still comes out wrong. I’ve given so many chances on this location. Teens of today: please understand that you will be not be able to be happy throughout your life if you do not rise above the destructive culture of your generation that doesn’t care about work ethic or other people.
