I have no way of knowing how the food is. Sign on the door says they close at 10:30pm, Maps says 9:30pm, we got there at 9:10pm and they were closed. Horrible way to run a business! The one most important thing customers need to know is when you're open.

Ordered party wings for the big game and they were delicious! Dry seasoning, guru gold, and lemon pepper were the favorites. They were busy, so I had to wait about 15 minutes longer than my pick up time, but it was okay. They were busy! The ladies behind the counter were friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back!

Went in and was treated with 5 star service.the food was amazing the service was amazing I will always stop by and support the Arlington wing guru location.
This was my first time trying them and it was amazing. The service was top tier and our food was fresh, hot and seasoned well. They were super busy with to go orders and they still were able to maintain and get our orders out in a decent time. I will definitely go back and support this business.

The food is always amazing can’t go wrong. However, when I went into the store tonight there are two boys in the kitchen 4 customers in the dining area all waiting for food. I stood there for 15 minutes before either of the employees asked me what my name was when I responded “I haven’t ordered yet” they shook their head and went back to the kitchen. I stood there for another 15 minutes when another customer told me “I been waiting 30 minutes for my food and another 20 before they took the order”. So after waiting 30 minutes I left. Wish it would have been better service.

The service at this specific location was diabolical. It took over an hour for us to get our food. We were waiting from 5:50-7:20. Some of our food was sitting out that whole time without us knowing, while the rest of our food was still being made. I don’t think it should take that long for 2 boxes of food. I think a refund would be ideal at that point.

Truly is the guru of wings! I got the party wings and was expecting them to be the tiny wings u get from American deli, but they were actually pretty big and meaty. Lemon pepper hot is amazing. I ordered when there was no line so service was pretty quick, considering how it seems like they cook fresh wings instead of refrying pre cooked batches. But I can see why it can get pretty backed up if they have a line — which can lead to unhappy customers. Only negative thing I can say about this place is that the staff weren’t in uniform or appropriate kitchen attire, and didn’t seem very professional. But it’s a wing joint so whatever. All in all good fresh wings and I’d try again for sure!

ARLINGTON BEWARE--Terrible place to get wings. They taste great, but by the time you tolerate the terrible customer service, wait extended times and realize there is no respect for the customers' patronage--suddenly it becomes not worth it.
This is not a 1-time occurrence. After calling yesterday to order 100 wings for 1600 hours, I arrive to be told 25 more minutes. I asked why and the answer was "we forgot". I tried to call twice before driving here and the phones just rang--never got an answer.
Lastly, every time I come in here, (4th time), the staff is a bunch of teenagers. It's great that they embrace the younger workforce, but when the answer is "our manager ain't here," something is off.
I know, I'm the dummy for giving them 4 chances.
