The pizza is diabolical. It's bland with low quality cheese, and the pizza crust tastes like cardboard. I normally don't put up negative reviews, but a frozen pizza from the grocery store is way better for 1/5 the price.

I ordered a Stromboli and got a calzone instead with the wrong items on it. Didn’t realize until I was back to my hotel! The calzone was delicious anyway!
I really enjoyed the Italian sausage that is sliced. The red sauce was great and not too sweet! I will return, next time getting my Stromboli.

Traveling through Memphis and ordered from the hotel. We were told outright delivery was an option, and twice we were asked for our location . Called to check on our order an hour later and were told it had been done for 20 minutes. Oh - and they don’t do delivery. Seriously? So we had to go pick it up. By then it was cold. No apologies, acknowledgement of fault or any other sign of customer service. The pizza, however, was flavorful— we like to imagine how good it might’ve been if we’d gotten it hot!
