Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Decatur, Alabama. We placed an order through the app on August 10th they did not have ingredients to make half the order. When we arrived to pick up the order, they explained they have not started the order because they were missing items. My husband told them to cancel the order. They gave us a receipt showing they voided everything off the order. The next day, the money came out of our bank account. I have been in the store SEVERAL times to get them to fix this issue with no resolution in sight. If you go, DO NOT USE THE APP TO ORDER.

Gross food and isn’t that clean. Poor staff is overworked and underpaid

I ordered a delivery order and not only did they forget one of my smoothies, but they put the order on the porch in the heat and didn’t knock or ring the bell to notify me that the order arrived. Then when I called the store, the person I spoke with would only give me a store credit in which I had to come in to use. I tried to explain that I was working and could not come in and that the smoothie was my daughter’s breakfast and he hung up on me!! I’m very upset as we frequent this location often.

i dont know why this place has so many bad reviews. every single time i have ordered or gone here the food and smoothies have been AMAZING. i have never gotten anything bad from here. my only complaint is the last time i went there i was waiting in line for a long time to order and the workers completely ignored my friend and i so we decided to order online instead and the second we got out of line they immediately took the person that was waiting behind us. i was pretty mad because we waited SO LONG and no one acknowledged us. other than that i love this place and i think about it every day. i wish it was closer to my house! and the prices are perfect!

Food was mediocre, delivery forgot all drinks and refused to redeliver. Last time doing business with this company. Founder of Tropical Smoothie was by Brother In-laws best friend in high school.

The Tropical Cafe on Cherokee Street in Chattanooga, TN is by far the best I have ever been too!! They actually know us by name and greet us by our names every time. Their Sandwiches are always fresh and hot and made to order and their smoothies are absolutely out of this world!!! Especially the Peanut Protein Smoothie 😋😋😋. We love this location so much and how were treated we visit at least once or twice every week.

We had the most amazing experience at tropical smoothie in Arlington ! The food and smoothies were absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and the perfect balance of healthy and tasty. But what really stood out to us was the exceptional customer service, especially towards my child. The staff went above and beyond to make them feel special, even offering a fun and personalized touch with their smoothie. It’s rare to find such thoughtful and kind service! We'll definitely be back soon. Highly recommend this place for great food and an even better experience!

A huge menu of different smoothies and different types. (Aka fruit blend smoothies and some with vitamin supplements added) A nice menu of relatively healthy, tasty food as well. So if you want that trash food, beef flavored pink paste burgers, hit up the local McDonald's, don't go here. Otherwise, the place is lovely to have available for us in Arlington.

When I first moved here 34 years ago, it was just my family's houses on a large plot of land and a few houses here and there in Arlington.

Now, it's filled with people. We have a middle and high school, huge subdivisions older and new, a new aprt complex, hair and nail salons, doctors' offices everywhere, a small and limited ER, even a minor med. I hated to see Arlington lose its countryside appeal but it has become such a cute small town, this small smoothie shop going above my expectations. This smoothie shop is my weekly treat.

Arlington Apothecary, in my opinion, is a health blessing for us in Arlington. I had been dealing with the incompetence and careless care received from the pharmacists and techs at the Kroger pharmacy in Arlington, and let me tell you, to walk in a pharmacy with someone ALWAYS there willing to put in the effort to help you right then or after an extremely short wait. They even deliver to your house most days if you live close. Just ask. Will the pharmacist at Kroger care if you get your heart medication by tonight and drop it off for no extra charge? Hellll no. You're just a faceless dollar, but to these small businesses we're not just another faceless undeserved dollar in a huge corporation's bank, with their greedy CEOs worth billions while they pay their workers, our friends, family, and us ourselves, poverty wages. ALL businesses deserve our patronage because they earned it, not because they're a familiar name and/or our only choice. They're the type of ppl who remember your name, go out of their way to help a customer, and care if an employee doesn't have enough money to eat. Trust me there is no one better to work for than a small business owner. You become their family. Not paid so little you have to seek welfare...what little welfare this country provides compared to how much taxes we pay that could fund it. OR you could simply pay your employees a livable wage and not take advantage of the governments social help programs to provide your employees with enough resources to afford basic necessities like food, affordable meds, affordable housing while you sit in your 8th mansion. Take the thousands of dollars you spend with these companies every year, the places that don't care about you at all, to these businesses. Not the McDonald's or the Wendy's that gets your order wrong every single time you go there and doesnt apologize nor care, and even when it's right, the food is disgusting. Or the Kroger pharmacy or the Walgreens pharmacy filled with rude and lazy understaffed employees who will never care if you get your medications on time or not. I once was prescribed a medication for seizures. I didnt have a refill, but the pharmacist could have let me buy a few days of it until I could get worked in at my doctor. They refused, and I ended up in the ER because the pharmacist did not care if I died seizuring...my loss of profit alone won't be missed, but if more of us left such evil places we'd all be better off. All of the corporate businesses sucking the life out of us have to go, and more small businesses, pls move into Arlington. Of all the new companies and new assets to Arlington, the independently owned businesses deserve our dollar that the large corporations have come to take for granted. I've been all over this city reviewing every business or establishment I've went to on here. So trust me...the next time you're in Arlington/Lakeland and need food, medicine, your hair or nails done, a B12 infusion, a smoothie and chicken wrap, a vape, pizza- try one of our many stellar smal

Tried Tropical Smoothie Cafe for the first time yesterday with my children. Ayden was very patient with us. He explained the products to us and gave recommendations on what smoothies to try. He provided exceptional customer service. The smoothies were amazing and the location is very clean! We will most definitely go back.
