Our first trip to a Waffle House was great!! The food was fantastic! We got waffles, hashbrowns, sausage patties and grits (my first time having them) and they were really good. The service was super nice and friendly. These Yankees left happy!

Best Waffle House in Shelby County! Clean dining area! Food hot and fresh cooked to perfection. Customer Service is just so great and friendly! Our waitress Katie was attentive and peompt despite the morning rush. The stove workers were a bit discombobulated, but the main cook guy was grooving, others workers should groove too and go with the flow to stay in synch with the cook guy, that would enlighten the cook line, otherwise great experience, Waffle House hit the Spot!

Been a loyal customer to this place since they opened, but I had a terrible experience this time. I ordered a Philly hashbrown bowl online. They made it completely wrong. The hashbrowns were slightly burnt, there was raw onion in it, the meat was overcooked, the mushrooms were undercooked, the portion was substantially smaller than it usually is, there were no scrambled eggs in my bowl despite adding it to the order, and to top it off there was a ketchup packet in my food. I can understand small mistakes if it's busy, but this was COMPLETELY messed up and it was a slow Thursday night.
Scrumptious food, this was my fist time at a Waffle House and this was amazing I highly recommend best cheap burger and waffle ever 10/10 would recommend

There were 3 gentleman working on the night of February 27th and they were all great. As a business owner, seeing other businesses being handled with such elegance is definitely one of the best things to witness. Chase, Bryan, and Lamont are what make this location great. Special thanks to them and I will definitely be coming back.
