I placed an order through the mobile app and when I arrived at the store my order was ready. The food was hot and tasted pretty good. The worker that helped me at the counter was really nice and helpful.

Ordered at the drive thru the worst hamburger ever along with fries...I promise folks half my fries were frozen mixed in with some that were cooked but cold. Burger was old and just kind of warm...everything was nasty to me. I live in Lakeland and will never go there again and I tell everyone I know to not go there..you guys should shut this place down

They manage the window times by telling you to stop before you get there and only allowing you at the window when your food is ready. Only received half an order of fries. Disappointing.

The whole order was wrong they were rude the restaurant had a smell.

Got food for me and my son. My nuggets, obviously, came from some that had been sitting for a while. They tasted old and were not fresh. His food was fresh though.

After ordering 2 sausage biscuits and 2 potatoes at breakfast , I was asked to pull forward. When asked why, I was told because they wanted to reset the drive through time clock. Which means they only wanted to record a short service time. I wasnt given a wait time, but was instead told to move forward and the cashier walked away, refusing to provide any more information. After waiting 9 minutes I had to pull off. I didn't get my food. And I paid for it.

This location always comes through even late at night and our food is always on point. We live near the Wendy’s on Houston Levee and Macon but they always close their kitchen down hours before hand and are only willing to serve nuggets and fries hours before close typically each night. So we drive the distance to come to this one and the night shifters always have a great attitude and the foods always piping hot! 10 out of 10 this location is our go to when craving Wendy’s and we appreciate the night shift employees who take care of their customers!!

The associates acted like they didn't really care if they waited on customers. Once someone took our order, it was made rather quickly, though mistakes were made on the order, and they weren't real busy when we were there.
