I placed a mobile order and when I arrived to pick it up I was told it wasn’t there. I spoke to the manager who confirmed it was there so I drove back to get it just for the chicken sandwich to be half done. I have officially given up on fast food.

WORST customer service EVER!!!! We as customers understand if you are short staffed but it's common courtesy to let the customers ordering inside that you are a little busy with the drive thru, I will be right with you! But NO, totally ignored all of us in line inside, that we ALL LEFT! Please teach that manager some customer service skills!

The employees are rude and barely speak. My fries were very old and cold. I had the asaigo bacon chicken sandwich and that was really good. I had to get back to work so I couldn't ask for fresh fries.
Their fish sandwiches are soooo good. They should serve them year-round. They only sell them during Lent.

Stopped at this Wendy's for a late lunch on a Friday afternoon. The store was very clean, the staff was courteous and friendly. Especially delightful was "Lil' Susie", who was so sweet and engaging with me and the other dine-in customers! Service was fast, the food was fresh and delicious. Over the past 20 years, I have eaten at Wendy's all over the United States. This was one of my VERY BEST Experiences!!!
