Recently they have had major issues with getting the orders correct. Always want you to pull forward and then give the incorrect order to the wrong car.

This is the worst Wendy's I have been to in the USA .
The past 4 times I have TRIED to order there it has been an issue . The workers told me last time that I couldn’t order and to come back in 15 minutes .
DO NOT GO TO THIS WENDYS.
The workers don’t care and obviously the Operator doesn’t either.
Finally got To order tonight and my order is wrong.

If I could give this Wendy’s zero stars I would. Something is always broken when we try to go (and we don’t try very often anymore due to the poor service and mediocre food at this location). Today it was their drive through cash register. I went inside to pickup my online drive up order because they said that’s what I had to do and the workers are mostly standing around talking loudly and being unprofessional (including cussing). It started out good when it first opened so I’ve been holding out hope but I’m done trying and won’t be returning.
The workers here are incredibly rude and just throw all the food in the order (including kids meals) into the same bag. Too bad the workers are so unpleasant because I really used to enjoy going to Wendy's when I was a young kid, going there was a special treat. Now I dread going there because I expect the employees to treat me poorly. Please turn it around.

Stood at counter for at least 3-4 minutes and no one ever greeted me. There was not a single customer in the restaurant nor in the drive-thru. So, I walked out and took my business elsewhere. Honestly, rarely do I see anyone in the Wendy’s parking lot. Even during peak hours.

They're blocking mobile orders at the 5811 Airline Road location. This literally is the only Wendy's in the surrounding area that does this. It has happened too many times for it to be a glitch in the system. What's the point of having a mobile app with points if I cant use them??

Rude / Horrible customer service!
After placing a $51 order in the Drive thru, had to go inside to get missing items. Went inside & neither of the two cooks were wearing gloves. One of the cooks was playing with & touching his cell phone while touching & cooking food with his bare hands. Also, we were given hot beverages without ice & my Oreo Brownie Fusion Frosty was watery & missing brownies. Overall, horrible experience. This Wendy's needs new management & Manager that cares about Customers.

Wendy’s, please explain the need to have a 10 minute wait on eggs at 8 am.
Also please clean your drink machine it is disgusting
Terrible service. Employees won't even speak or look at you. Took 23 minutes for a cobb salad and they couldn't even get the dressing correct. Don't waste your time.
Always a 10-20 minute wait on all items in the drive-thru! It’s always “busy” or a “shift change”. I hate having to drive to the Highway 64 location, but I prefer going there instead of coming to this location even though it’s 5 minutes from my house!! It’s so slow and nothing is ever *ever* prepared. It’s like they don’t want money?
Such a let down.the building is so nice and new wish it matched the food,I had Cold fries! I thew them away.
What’s the deal with the frosty machine being “down”? Shame on me for even thinking that I should go here since this isn’t the first time. Really sucks having an upset toddler who looked forward to it, even worse to find out at the window and not the speaker.
