I showed up to the location at 10:45 ordered 2 combos and didn’t leave until 11:15. The fountain bar was taken apart, I brought that to the team’s attention. I was told to “wait a sec” after it was put together. There was no acknowledgment of it being ready. When I received my order, no acknowledgment of time it took or for coming in.

I thought that maybe it was busy but it was just me and small child in the lobby. Only one other uber eats came in while I was onsite.

Couldn’t get anybody to answer phone for order. Once I arrived there were no customers in the store. Staff acted like I was putting them out by placing order. Terrible service!

It's pretty new but kinda gloomy inside. My husband and myself got our own 10 piece wing combo. Didn't care for them much for the wings. They weren't seasoned, just deep fried and tossed in a sauce or rub. They were okay, but just didn't live up to our expectations. The lady that appeared to be the supervisor or manager was very nice. She was cleaning and singing while taking orders and everything else.

Is this for real? I mean is this really happening? There is no way this place is still in business after a week! I see all the reviews and I’m shocked that NOTHING has changed! This was my first time and I called in on my way in to town. I was on hold for 31 minutes and pulled in thinking they must be understaffed and some poor worker is running his/her tail off and couldn’t answer. Nope!!! 6 people are standing around on their phone and it took me asking if they even wanted my business for one to approach the counter!! I was litterally laughing! Cars are sitting all over the parking lot waiting on food that will never come! Like for real! They will die of malnutrition before a wing comes out of those doors!
Oh so I might tell you that he told me that “ I don’t give a shit about cooking no wings tonight for this place. So I rather you just get on out!” In the spirit of being hungry and not looking for confrontation with a kid that works at wing stop, I went to chipotle! I was greeted like their lives depended on me showing up! I even got some extra meat on my Burrito Bowl!
So anyway, if Wingstop ever got bored and read the reviews this place is getting and said, “I should check that place out.” they would prolly be able to serve this nice community here and do well! But it’s obvious they either don’t care, or don’t know! Either way, there is no excuse! One is just as bad as the other. Meanwhile your place is being ran in to the ground and your losing customers all together that will never dine at any location ever again! Y’all’s wings have gone to crap anyway so ain’t a hard decision after being insulted the last time I even decided to settle for your wings! So Thansk for the referral to the Wing shack!

Ordered food online and it said it would be ready in 16-21 minutes. I ordered at 6:42 and arrived at 7:00. There were several people waiting for orders with one person advising they placed their order at 4:00 to be ready at 6:45. They finally got their food at 7:10. All of this while the manager sat in the back corner not even trying to help the employees get food out to guests. I finally received my food at 7:30…48 minutes after ordering and 27 minutes after when they said it would be ready. I now see why the reviews for this restaurant are low because management doesn’t even care to get up and help to ensure guests are taken care of. Very poorly run restaurant. Get someone that cares about getting the food to the guests in the time you say it’ll be or at least gets up to show some hospitality to the guests waiting forever for their food.

Update: I’ve ordered 3 times since this review and switched it from 1 star to 5 stars. The last 3 times my pick up order was ready when it said it would. Staff is very hospitable. I check my bag every time and today I was missing a 6 piece wing. The employee apologized and got it for me by the time I was done filling up my drinks.

Been ordering twice a wk lately minimum of 20 wings . Tonight they guy tells me despite the add saying 20$ that my total is 26$ when I have ordered it the same way for months now. Lost my business completely.. stay away ho across the street to wing guru

I came over to Wingstop at 10:50 pm and the staff was great. They were attentive to my needs and the service was great! I was able to get my food in a timely manner as well. To add on, the food was great I would totally recommend going to this Wingstop in Arlington they are top-notch for sure.
