Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This is half as much food as it usually is.

Always a amazing experience when that one manager bree i don’t know if i spelled her name correctly but when she is working always very friendly helpful and food is always fresh and a very friendly worker named katie was super helpful aswell i think they both deserve a raise!! Big props to bree tho sometimes i just get zaxbys because i remember the amazing experience she gave me made sure my food was fresh with extra fry seasoning every time didnt miss any of my extra sauces ever.

The guy on the window is very well trained and is very pleasant to all customers I have observed. I believe his name is Seth. He always has a smile on his face. Its good to see young teens with his positve attitude

Probably the best zaxbys in Memphis. Every other zaxbys in the area are rude and don’t like their jobs but this one the workers are always friendly and respectful!

One of girls was lying on the counter where they place the orders after they're prepared.
Hey hair was somewhat wild and unkempt. I'm sure that's not sanitary - AT ALL.
She was also using her phone while in / around the food area. She then went around to the back where the food is.
She did NOT wash her filthy hands.
It's strange how the manager NEVER sees these code violations.

I had a situation with my food, not their fault. I called Erin and she showed kindness and customer service. It appears that she’s good with staff as well! They were all nice to me!

never going here again. the girls that handed me my 2 drinks (which were the only 2 things that i ordered) were rude and closed the window in my face after i told them that both the drinks lids weren’t on and spilled all in my car. they literally did not care and handed me 2 napkins and slammed the window. i couldn’t clean up the drinks bc lack of napkins and had to drive home with my hands and lap and seats and cupholders sticky asf. was already having a bad day and finally decided to get out of the house to get something to drink and then this happened.

my friend went to this zaxbys to pick us up food and get some milkshakes. they were already having a rough day, and we didn’t even have a lot of money to spend on fast food. but the girl at the window was very rude and basically threw the milkshake at her, causing it to spill in my friends car and cause quite the mess.They didn’t offer another milkshake and didn’t even apologize. will not be going here again

I always love going to Zaxby's. Their salads are some of the best!

Person taking order was patient and listened well. Got to window employees greeted me with smile, gave us our drinks and straws and got payment They asked if we needed anything else. Then asked us to pull forward. We only had to wait a couple mins. We ordered 5-4 fingers plates. All way correct and even included our extra zax sauce.
