The staff was so friendly and helpful to me and my children while we were stranded due to a flat tire. They were so kind and made sure we were comfortable while we were waiting on help to arrive. The store was super clean, well stocked , and organized. I didn’t get any names but I know it was 3rd shift. Thank you for making a bad situation more bearable!

Used to be a great place to eat and work, since it went downhill they can't get one simple order right. At all. Every time without fail they get it wrong now. They don't care at all. Get a good gm at this place a fix it

I ordered an iced white mocha. They handed it to me hot, and when I told them it was supposed to be iced, they snatched it back. They then 30 seconds later, proceeded to hand me a hot coffee with some ice poured into it. It tastes like dirty water. I will not be back.

Avoid the coffee shop if you want to be treated like a human being. The staff are more interested in laughing and talking with each other and pretend you’re not actually standing there. That went on for like 5 minutes. I should have just walked away but I wanted to see if it would get better. It didn’t. The icing on the cake was the casual toss of my sandwich onto the counter as she walked by without saying anything or even acknowledging me. If I owned this place, I would be completely embarrassed.
Omg The everything bagel with extra cream cheese is to die for. I still have to try it and I've been back twice delicious

I walked in around 8:30am and got drip coffee. It was strong and FRESH. The staff were all very attentive and friendly. Melissa, the manager, personally checked the cream on the counter when I walked up to make sure it was fresh. Very fast service and smiles everywhere. I'll be back!

I guess they pick when they want to put whip cream and caramel in your coffee. I didn't know you had to ask for it, or I guess it depends on who is making your coffee.
