I got some beef with burger king. I’ve gone there a handful of times and it’s been fine. But today was horrible. My manager asks me to grab some food for us from bk and I head thru the drive thru. Mind you, it says they’ve been open for two hours. Cars parked outside and everything. No one answers the speakerbox. So I go through the lobby. Open the door, and lights are off. NO ONE is there. 5 mins later an employee walks in and says they aren’t open for another hour and a half. I get it, the roads are icy at the moment. But there wasn’t a sign or anything telling me they opened late. She explained how the parked cars were stuck in the ice. I get that. She then tells me closing shift forgot to lock the doors?? …anyway she proceeds to tell me she is willing to start my order right away and it’ll be about a 30 minute wait until it is ready. Very sweet of her to make it before they opened. I come back 35 mins later and she tells me her boss said she couldn’t start till they opened… wish she would have confirmed that from the start but ok. She says about 20 mins. I hang out in the parking lot and I pull in about 30 mins later. She tells me they are still working on it. At this point it’s been 2 1/2 hours. I would have already gone somewhere else if I didn’t pay ahead for our food. So I get the food, I check, everything is in the bag. Awesome. We go to eat and everything is cold. Drinks are extremely flat. I’m never going there again.

I went in on 12/10 around 1:50 pm and waited at the front counter to order and was looked at by two workers who just ignored me. I waited a bit longer because I’m not usually an impatient person and no one came up. So I left.

My husband, myself, and our children went to dine in. We headed to get our fountain drinks, and my root beer was full of ants floating in my drink. When told about the ants, it was blamed on the exterminator not doing their job properly. I suggested a sign be put up on it for other guests. Guess it's not important enough to let anyone else know about the fountain drink bc I'm watching other customers still getting drinks from the fountain machine. Honestly, I felt like it wasn't important enough to them and was shrugged off. All they did was give me another cup.

They're lobby drink machine had ants inside the drink choices my wife said something and all the worker said was even our exterminator can't get ride of them poor service from the workers and the store is disgusting

Place is filthy, disgusting. One star is being nice. I mean gross. Seen someone take trash out and didn't even wash his hands. This place is filthy and the workers are insanely rude. Never go here.

They had no tea available, no ice in the machine, took forever for someone to get us ice from the back. The inside was empty of customers took 25 mins to get food 😐 😕

These idiots WOULD NOT GIVE US OUR FOOD because their system marked a pickup order as delivery. I was told to cancel the order so that I could get my money back and I can’t get the refund because they accepted the order and were already working on it when it was cancelled. These people are wildly incompetent and argumentative, instead of even trying to see where we’d be coming from my boyfriend was shut down and made to leave when he was just trying to explain that nobody set it for delivery. If you’re gonna eat anywhere, maybe skip this BK….
