These idiots WOULD NOT GIVE US OUR FOOD because their system marked a pickup order as delivery. I was told to cancel the order so that I could get my money back and I can’t get the refund because they accepted the order and were already working on it when it was cancelled. These people are wildly incompetent and argumentative, instead of even trying to see where we’d be coming from my boyfriend was shut down and made to leave when he was just trying to explain that nobody set it for delivery. If you’re gonna eat anywhere, maybe skip this BK….

We placed an online order. Order was perfect, hot and fresh. We modify toppings and this Burger King got all orders correct, which does not happen at a lot of restaurants. Service was friendly and quick.

Have it your way is not practiced here. Just had to argue with 3 separate employees to get my order corrected, as they held up the entire drive through line. Horrible management, no one could think for themselves! I manage a business and would never accept this from my employees.

This place is operated by awful management. It has been for years. I don't go for 6 months or longer and then I stupidly try again. Hoping something has changed. But sadly no. It's still and incompetently ran store. It should honestly be just shut down.
