I normally do not leave bad reviews but if I could give zero stars I would honestly. In the past few weeks they have been closed early several times, I don’t get off work until 10-11pm I have to drive to charlotte to get my 2 kids from the babysitter and I place my order as I’m leaving the babysitters house so I know I’ll make it on time to get dinner .tonight I got there at 11:10 and her excuse was she didn’t have any night time drivers, that’s cool if I had ordered delivery but I always order pick up.. about a week and a half ago I got there before 11:30 and several of the workers thought it was cute to sit and take pictures of us and giggle instead of opening the window to tell me they were even closed early one guy stood in the back and yelled “we’re closed leave” several times instead of just simply opening the window to tell me they were closed. I know my one review doesn’t make a difference but it’s honestly ridiculous at this point and the staff is so unprofessional and rude.

This domino’s is excellent. There is almost never an order mix up. The pizza is always well cooked, the food shows up warm and tastes great. It is always nice to have an emergency pizza place for those lazy nights, grateful you’re ours!

Pizza was fine, but I ordered a drink that was not delivered. I asked the delivery driver about it at pickup and they saw on the receipt that I did order, and pay for one. They said they could go back and get it. I waited 45 minutes and nothing. When I called to ask if I could get it delivered as in was supposed to (I paid cash so refund wasn’t an option) they said they would give me credit for a drink on my next order. Not the way to make it right. You forgot it, make an extra trip so the customer gets what they paid for.

Ordered online, got an email saying my pizza was ready. Headed to dominos and waited over 20 minutes for someone to even acknowledge I was there, even then I was left unattended. I finally had enough and walked in their kitchen to go get my pizza. Only then they headed towards me asking what I needed. I said “here to pick up for Steven” what was their response? Is not ready yet, we are too busy right now. Though there were 9 or 10 of them in the kitchen, little over half just taking, giggling, and laughing. One of them kept answering phone calls but refused to talk to me. I’m not really mad about not having my pizza it’s just half the staff wasn’t doing a thing and not a single one of them even bothered to say” I’ll be right there” or something. I’m definitely not going back to this dominos, I rather go to the Pizza Hut in pleasant view, which sucks because this dominos is 2 minutes away from my house. I would leave a 0 star review but it’s not possible. I want my money back too.

This happened a while back though I just thought I would share. (2013). I ordered a pizza in person, and the guy at the register had a really huge dip in. And, he needed to spit so he raised his hand and all the tobacco juice (which was a whole lot) went into his hand. Don't know if he spit or not but it went in his hand and and Whereever under his hand.yes in the restaurant floor or Whereever! He then proceeded to take my order and punch it in on the register. Not caring at all of him having too handling food while this is going on and getting it all over the Computer. It was a displesant seen and very eye opening. I thought about it the whole time eating my pizza thinking there was dip spit in it and me getting sick, gross. The nastiness thing I've ever witnessed in the Food Industry!!!!!
Didn't get to I wanted a pizza delivered I just had hip replacement and they don't deliver 17 minutes away or less

Perfect! Ordered on NFL Sunday 9/15. The young man was working all by himself in the store, but was doing a great job holding it down and getting fresh hot pizzas out in a timely manner. He needs a raise/bonus for going above and beyond on a busy day!
