The food is simply so good. They make an unreal focaccia bread that is perfect on their options of Italian style sandwiches and I do not regret splurging on a cookie too. Super nice people; would definitely eat there again

We had the Italian at Monday night brewing where they are set up on Sunday and it was the best sandwich I've had all year! The fresh bread, meat and veggies was amazing. Can't wait for me next one!
Had their Italian sandwich at a pop up at Monday Night Brewing and it was phenomenal! Extremely delicious with shaved meats, freshly prepared ingredients, and on the best focaccia I’ve had in a VERY long time. 100% go for it!!!

THE BEST caprese sandwich, hands down, that I have ever had! The bread was divine! The pesto and balsamic was outstanding. What a great spot to sit and have lunch. The owners were so friendly and I could tell serving good food was important to them. They make all items in store, even the bread! I will be back.

We went to Metta for the first time last year after a Saturday farmers market. I remember it being great! Fast forward now we’re new residents of Ashland City (yay). After a long day of painting our new place I popped in to grab sandwiches and I think we said “wow this is amazing” 4 times while we were having our lunch. The ingredients are all extremely fresh and the focaccia !! I can’t say enough about the focaccia. Metta is a great healthy option here in Ashland City with great flavor. KEEP IT UP !
