Having worked at Rohrers Stromboli in the north east, I know bolis. I ordered a boli the other night all excited to get a taste of a good boli as I’d been a customer of small city spending hundreds of dollars in there… only to get a calzone. I though, well they just don’t know. Ok I can help with that. I found a video showing the proper way to roll a boli and messaged them privately even complimenting them at first and asking them to just try to make one correctly (and I’d buy them a lot if so!!). I was met with such rudeness and hate that I’ll never eat there again. You piss off loyal and repeat customers often enough and you will not survive. At least stop lying and take it off the menu. People are moving here from areas that will expect an actual boli. It’s not hard to make and you can learn in 10 minutes!!! You already have everything to be successful except you have a bad attitude and horrible customer service. It’s a shame. You were our go to pizza joint and now you’ve lost loyal long time customers.

Wow major attitude with Small City Pizza & Subs! They can't even make a real Stromboli and I tried to help them as I used to work PT for Rohrers Stromboli (the most famous boli in the east coast). With so many eastern folks here wanting a real boli you'd think they want to bring in customers. They didn't even apologize. Got really pissy. Sad as we ate there often but that's ends now. This isn't a boli. It's a calzone. I'd have even offered to show them how to make them in person if the person wasn't so rude!!!

Like legit not that bad! For Ashland City and Tennessee in general this is one of the better pies I’ve had. A little too doughy but for a typical pizza oven, mom and pop style place it’s very good.
We live locally and found this local shop. Pizza and appetizers are great, it's nice to have a local place to go to that is not a chain.

Definitely recommend this pizza place, so delicious. I’m on a gluten free diet and the crust was good n sized bigger than domino’s or Papa Johns gluten-free crust with being similar priced. I love more for my money!! I had a gluten free chicken, cheese, with green n black olives, easy sauce. The pizza was so good I ate over half of it on the way home. Got home n my husband requested I get him the veggie lovers extra cheese for his donner(he’s not gluten free) hope the establishment will be able to get gluten-free rolls so they can expand their gluten-free menu and have sandwiches as well. Very very good place to eat! The staff is great as well! 😊
