Fool me twice, shame on me, I guess. This is the second time that I ordered on the app from this sonic and didn't get my milkshakes because they were out of ice cream. They tell me to call the corporate number for a refund. THEY WIL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY. They tell you that they can credit your account on the app, and that's all they can do. Excuse me? I paid. I didn't receive what I paid for. Not giving me my money back is theft, plain and simple. What I want to know is, who is responsible for inventory management here? I mean, it's sonic. What next, KFC runs out of chicken?

What happened to sonic? I used to pull in there, place my order, and get my food right away. Now it is a 15 minute wait or more. If they were moving any slower, they’d be going backwards.

Not from the good ol US of A so yesterday was my first experience of a Sonic.
Food was good. Lady server was cheerful and friendly.

We have already been here 30 minutes, took 20 minutes before our order was taken! Now 10 minutes later still no food!!! Terrible service! Hire more people! The red button stayed on about 10 minutes then either it was cut off or went off. Either way, terrible experience!!! Never coming back! Stay away from here!!!
So, it was almost 100 degrees. I only saw 2 people working. Sure, I had a slightly longer wait, but they were up front about it. When the food came out, it was hot and fresh. Except for missing cheese sauce for the pretzels, the order was right. Was I going to say something about missing cheese sauce we discovered after I got home? Absolutely not. I am thankful that in this heat, they were doing an amazing job while short staffed.

I have been there 2 times in the past 2 months and they can't get a bacon cheese burger right. Then if you have a complaint the tell you to call 866 oksonic. Then they tell you to call the local sonic. Their customer service sucks just as bad as them trying to get the order right. This place sucks in my opinion. Not recommended.

I have given this sonic so many tries multiple times they turn off the ice cream machine at 7 o’clock. Also multiple trips here I have been given the wrong items. Very disappointing Sonic.
Order two no. 9 footlong chili Hotdogs add onion to both. Received two regular Hotdogs , bun, weiner and onion.
