Straight GARBAGE! Asked for a strawberry sundae and waited 10-15 minutes only to have to ask where my sundae was and the girl said, I can get you a strawberry limeade. My husband said we’ll just go somewhere else. She said ok.Needs to be retrained. The bad thing, we were just passing through.

This place gets seems to be getting worse and worse. I understand it's hard to find good work but for what Sonic charges for their food and services you should expect to get nothing but what they advertise. Even is high milkshakes and all the ice cream products they can't mix them for nothing. Last night ordered a chocolate milkshake and when I got it there was a little chocolate up the top and it was basically just a big vanilla shake. My wife ordered a Oreo blast had half a cookie crumbled up inside of it it was basically just two vanilla shakes. I want to turn around and go back but what good would it take they're already so slow it's like watching paint dry on the wall.

Just had one of the worst meals in my life here. Used to be a great restaurant, so sad! The fries on my chili cheese fries were so hard and old that the chili and cheese couldn’t even soften them up! No chili or cheese on the chili cheese dog. Onion rings were crumpled up mash and were cold. Burgers were cold. Coke Zero had no carbonation whatsoever. $40 down the drain was so bad we couldn’t even eat it. Won’t be back.

Super slow, already signed a pick up order out so their times look good but I never got it till 20 mins later. I know they might be short staffed, but this has been like this for years. Need s better management and district. Would recommend driving extra 15 to pleasant view

I order a cheeseburger no onions extra tomatoes.. It was sent out no tomatoes extra onions... I did a recook order, they come and got the cheeseburger. They returned it. With tomatoes and no onions. You could taste the onions.. they just wiped it off and added tomatoes send it back out.. That was my experience.. You could taste the onions on it..

The guy that brought my drink to my car dropped the hole drink inside my new car because he handed it to me by the lid went all over the inside of my car and down my window and all over me and the seat and down the inside of my door.
The service is great, but you guys really need to recalibrate your POS's. I tried multiple times to give a good tip, but could not click anything. They deserve to be paid a fair wage if you aren't going to do it. Please fix this issue as it is quite literally effects your underpaid workers.

Take so damn long for anything. Had an online order that was 15 minutes after promise time then had to wait another 15 for my drink as my food got completely cold. Had to call the store just to get my drink. Even when doing delivery service you have to wait at least 15 minutes for anything. Do not go if your hungry and/or in a hurry. Food was completely cold. Very unhappy.
