I am not even the type to leave reviews but the staff at this location truly rubbed me the wrong way. I went in there to pick up an order I had placed online, they told me they did not have an order with the name I provided! No big deal, I call the person who paid for the food to see if their card had been charged.. it had, so I went back in there & showed the lady that it was the right location & showed her a photo of the bank app & she proceeded to tell me if the charge says “pending” it will not go through… I explained to her pending simply means it has not been processed yet, not that the charge disappears. She then rolls her eyes at me & tells the man there to “handle it” & he tells me the exact same thing she did & at this point her rolling her eyes at me had truly irritated the hell out of me because there was no reason to be rude about it, I was just explaining what pending meant.. thought that was common sense.. Staff is extremely rude & have absolutely no customer service. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Needless to say, I would not be going to the subway anymore too many bad experience you asked for extra onions. They said they can’t do that. It’s not allowed anything is not allowed. I don’t understand you’re making your own. You should be able to get what do you want on it? I would kindly care my business to the subway on Preze Street in Sycamore Square. Never had a problem with them. Very good workers. Very respectful. They go beyond to make sure everything is right. Even when I do my online order The best subway I’ve ever been to Walmart. Subway will not get my business ever again. Was supposed to had extra steak on it and it did not have it

Horrible service wish I could give a 1! DEFINITELY BIASED!!!! I can't wait until they are replaced. Haven't been in over a year and literally the employees well the man IS THE WORST when he is around. The women are more pleasant HE NEEDS TO GO!!

Beads are usually fresh, but the Italian bread I got was like trying to rip open a package with my teeth. The rest of what I ordered with my sandwich was good. I do think the workers could maybe smile more.

I have eaten at this place several times when shopping. It’s not good to shop on an empty stomach. Since I had nothing to compare it to, I thought it was ok. Lately I have found a place in Nashville that slices meat fresh in front of you. All the ingredients/toppings are fresher too. It is more expensive but I would rather eat there half as many times rather than eating here again. I guess this place is perfect for Ashland City since most people here eat like this all the time. No thanks.
Always go above and beyond. My son has an allergy and they are more than accommodating. Always friendly and always fast. We only go to this location.

This was the cleanest subway I have ever been too! Seriously even the meat and veggies were super well organized. Subway is good either way, but I feel so much better when one is as clean as this one was.I’m hoping this is the location inside the Walmart. That’s where I went, I ordered the Philly cheesesteak and loved it :)

They don't open at 8. This is the third time I've came and they weren't open as advertised. I don't know if it's a regular occurrence or if the sign on their window is wrong.
