Stopped here at 1135. Says it closes at midnight. Pulled up to the drive thru and they said they decided to close early. We drove 20 min out of our way because it said this place was open. Omg second try here. We went inside to order. 3 guys stopped us immediately and said they had been waiting 45 min for their food. 3 older women were on the other side of the restaurant and said they been there just as long and we should go thru the drive thru. We went through the drive thru. We waited for 15 min and only 2 cars had gotten their food. There were 4 cars still ahead of us so we just left. In that time none of the people in the restaurant left. We ended up at Waffle House. The people at Taco Bell live there now

Did a mobile order and got there 20min later and order was not ready had to pull back around the building and waited for 20 more min. Before they brought it out. Nacho fries were cold , no utensils for the food bowl strawberry freeze but out of strawberry had to take blueberry

New Years Day I went here. I pulled up through the drive thru and saw a sign on the window that stated they wouldn't be open on this day till 11 am. Since it was 10:20 I decided to wait in my car. I was told to move my car back around to the speaker that they didn't open til 11 I was happy to do so. Then I heard a guy on the speaker say Were not open til 11:30. I explained the sign said 11. The girl came back and said Yes 11 was right. So I waited again. At 11 the girl took my order. When I got it the chicken chalupa bread was raw. I think this is bad business practices for a store that makes so much money in AC.

I went today because I realized they came out with chicken nuggets and new sauces. And had a terrible experience. First off it took over 20 minutes to get my order, of course they were out of the new jalapeño honey mustard. Upon reaching my house after the over 10 minute drive it takes me to get home I dumped the bag out to find that they left out the 10 piece nuggets all together oh except for the extra fire ranch I was given because they were out of the other. I immediately called to let them know but they can’t help me unless I drove all the way back. So I gave up on them because it isn’t worth using the gas and time it takes. So preceded to eat the rest of my order and it was terrible everything was very cold, the Doritos locos Gordita crunch hard shell and the normal Doritos taco were extremely stale, my 5 layer burritos was almost nothing but tortilla. I will never return to this location. PERIOD

Went inside to the lobby because I assumed it would be faster. It was really only one other group of people inside and they were already waiting for their food when I put my order in. Waited about 15 minutes before they got up and asked where their order was. Apparently the people in the lobby placing orders were just completely ignored and they were only working on drive-thru so I wasn't about to wait even longer after the 15 minutes. I had already been waiting so I just got a refund and left. Pretty ridiculous to have a group of people inside your lobby greater than five people and not servicing a single one of them in 20 minutes

Went to buy di.ner me and my Ole lady around 7 pm she went in order food a d drinks was ba k in the car after 5 mins it was fast and food was great We visit that place often lo e the workers they nice and get ur food qui k so it still hot Yall need to try it u would be surprised how good the food is
