Please, someone fill up that knee deep hole as you pull in the parking lot. Also, young kid tried making my burritos after pulling his pants up with the same gloves on. I tried to let the manager know that the CO2 was bad in the lobby and she clapped back that it was the same thru the whole building. Cool story bro but I need sweet tea. The girl at the window came back with a 60% filled $2.89 medium cup of tea. For future reference, if you order in the lobby, be prepared to wait on them to clear the drive thru before they get to your food. Terrible customer service. Ill drive to Clarksville next time I want Taco Hell

When I want my sub par quick easy taco fix at night when there’s only really one option for such, I only hope that it simply arrives in my hand correct when I pay for the extras. All three of my supreme tacos lacked their tomatoes & sour cream, & of course this wouldn’t be the first time the same issue has happened. With no other option, what is a man to do?

Took my 82 year old Father there to get him 1 of his favorite foods, Nacho fries. He was very displeased. He was cussing pretty bad, said that Taco Bell should not charge you for cold, old and ridiculously disgusting food. When I got him home he walked in and straight to the trash can he went. He threw away the Naco fries and all of the other food that he paid $19 for. When I asked him why he did that he said if they would sell him cold Nacho fries they probably gave him cold food for the whole order. He is still cussing about Taco Bell. So, I guess Taco Bell doesn't mind losing $20 a day, 7 days a week.

Went there today and ordered a taco and s nacho grande got to truck open up the nacho hardly any toping went back in stood and waiting they bring these little container of toppings charge me 4 more dollars but no meat then finally got someone to put extra cheese and meat so I left open it up started eating it it tasted terrible no flavor cheese taste like it was no good meat was awful and taco tasted good but very little meat but tons of lettuce but that nachos was just awful

I was in the drive thru a few days ago, canceled my order & left without food. The next day, a charge for my food cleared my acct. I called the restaurant, but they can't be bothered to answer the phone or call me back. I don't recommend going to this location as they clearly will take your money even if you cancel your order. I would leave no stars if it would let me. Shame on you Ashland City Taco Bell. Do better.
