I have been to this location 4 times now. Twice was great. Twice was just ok. The second time I went I was going to give a bad review and decided to give it another chance before I did and so we went again and it was great so I didn't. We went again and I decided to. The first bad experience there was a lady that was working and her hair was so long that I thought for sure it was dangling in the waffle mix and maker. Yes it was pulled in a ponytail but it was pulled around the side/front in a ponytail. I couldn't eat for thinking about her hair dangling in the food. I work in the food industry and no this is a big NO NO. The second bad experience was this past week and the food was just OK but one of the cooks and a couple of the waitresses were way more interested in gossiping and cutting up than cooking and waiting tables. Loudly and to the point it was rude. I hate giving a bad review but this is a nice new business and feel it should be corrected. I will go back and give it one more try because I love the waffle house and want this one to be good because it's convenient!!

It was packed as any waffle house, especially in a small town where there isn't much else. We waited, probably 20 minutes or so, to have a table. And there were 8 of us, so we had to split up into 3 groups just to be served. And it wasn't all on the same side of the restaurant. I ended up with a really nice server. She was great. I think her name was Andrea. She was really awesome. My son and his gf server seemed to be newer, and from what I could tell, she did ok as well. I couldn't see who my husband got but he did complain that when a table cleared he got up to wait for it to be cleaned so him and our boys could sit and the server for that table refused to clean it. So he ended up having to wait for another table to clear in another section so that he could sit and eat. We all enjoyed our food and for the most part the service was good. We loved the area so I'm sure we will be back.

It was about the worst food ever my eggs were overcooked. They redone them then I got raw jelly eggs the grits were harder than a brick won’t never go there again.

I had ordered the sausage bowl to go and There was hair in my food . I had ate half of my food until I saw the hair . I couldn’t eat nomore because it ruined my appetite. So I couldn’t get my money back or get it remade

2 of my friends and I met for breakfast this past weekend. The service was absolutely wonderful. However, it was the worst food ever for Waffle House. Both of my friends eggs were not cooked near the way they ordered. I have always loved the cheese grits. My order of cheese grits this time was the worst I've ever had. My spoon literally stood up straight in them. (I wish I'd have taken a picture.. I was too busy being amazed with my friends.) At checkout I was asked if everything was ok. I leaned in to answer her as to not bring attention and told her about the grits. Her response was something like this....THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT A QUOTE!. 'Yes, people have complained. I've told them (the servers) to discourage customers from ordering the grits'. She stated she asked " him" didn't he know how to cook southern grits. THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY NOT A QUOTE! Needless to say I do not plan to visit this location again. That's not to say I won't ever. However, I need to know they have a real cook and actually act like they care a little bit about the poo customers. Word of mouth works.

So glad this is here, being a late night gamer, it's nice to have a snack available at all hours, I have been to this location several times.... it's waffle house so I don't expect certain things to be flawless, but overall , it's always good.

The omelet was great just like we ordered with extra bacon. Our drink were always kept full and I even got to take the rest of my drink in a to go cup.

I've tried twice to eat here at this location. Today is the last time. So after my girlfriend and I walk in we were greeted, that's the only conversation we had with anyone there for 14min of sitting at a table not a single person met us at the table asked for our drink order nothing absolutely nothing. I totally understand when you busy but it was literally 2 tables with other customers already eating when we walked in. And to make matters worse a couple who walked in 2 min after us received there food before we even was asked what we wanted to drink, maybe because the waitress knew them since she spent the whole time we was there catching up on the family, this was sooooo rude and very disrespectful I will never come here again.

If I could give zero stars I would! Cook was rude, screamed at the waitress when she returned our order to him for being wrong and cold. He REFUSED to fix it, told her and us to deal with it and had her return the food to our table in the same condition. She was embarrassed and I was embarrassed for her. 3 meals and they were all wrong! Not just a minor mistake, I would have been happy to overlook missing onions, but we ordered several toppings for hashbrowns and they came out bare and cold. Chicken sandwich was supposed to have lettuce/tomato. It came out plain, chicken on a bun...and both cheesesteak melts were cold. He should not be in any capacity of customer service! He was so disrespectful and loud the whole restaurant went silent in shock!
