I ordered a milkshake with no cherry it took me going back twice to get the milkshake. And when they brought it and had a cherry on and when I took it back. They just wiped off the whipped cream and cherry. And added more whipped cream. The gentleman operating the store offered to have a new one made, after we went up and told him about it, but at that point I already started drinking out of it and didn’t want the resources wasted. My only concern is if somebody that is allergic to cherries. Had gotten my milkshake they could’ve had a serious reaction. Specific things like that should be checked thoroughly, especially if the restaurant just opened. You are fresh to the job, this might just be me, but I feel like you should know the rules and how things are supposed to go. If somebody brings food back that has an issue. They are supposed to throw it away and you’re supposed to make a new one. You can look that up anywhere. That’s like a rule at most stores. If it goes BACK over-the-counter, it can’t go back to a customer. It was a very disappointing experience. Other than that, everything was fine. It seems like a clean environment go.

We went here for breakfast one morning while visiting family in Atoka Tennessee. This is a new location and this one was built right. Large parking lot and clearly marked for direction of flow. The store is clean inside and out, as all chick filas are. The food came to our table really quick and was fresh and hot. Everyone here was awesome and helpful. This location has a play place for the kiddos and we even had a visit from Santa cow while we were there eating breakfast. The only down sideways i cant bring this store to where I live in Oklahoma. Awesome restaurant and super team.

Not on the level of others. I've ordered coffee 3 times asking for just coffee but they still put that nasty cane sugar syrup in it. Every time I order a breakfast burrito I say no salsa but they put it in there anyway. Following instructions is clearly a struggle for them

They didnt label my drinks today. They had to pour them out and remake them. They asked me to move up to not further delay cars behind.
My brother bought me lunch today. He ordered the chicken wraps with condiments along with a fruit parfait. He assumed the bag had condiments and the nuts that go with the fruit parfait. So once he brought it to me I noticed that the items were not in there so I called the manager. The first person who answered said she was one of the managers however she passed the phone along to someone else to listen to me explain again in a professional manner the mishap and failed to fix the issue. Nowadays food is very expensive perhaps in a couple of months we will try to give business to them again once The Kinks has been worked out. This place of business is far from being business savvy compared to Millington Chick-fil-because they try to make everything right.

I am so glad to have a chick fil a closer to me but the spicy deluxe chick fil a sandwich was way to greasy to where the bun was falling off. Millington never is this greasy. Also they gave me fried nuggets when I ordered grilled which I am not going to complain.
