Ordered bbq chicken strips with cheese curds and queso and ranch. They gave me 2 things of ranch. So I got cheese curds for no reason. An extra 4$. Wingstop already messed up my order and Dairy Queen doesn’t do any better 😭

Me and a friend of mine last night had a very unpleasant experience at Dairy Queen because of a young lady that works there. She messed up part of our order, which was understandable because it was a large order. When we went to correct our order she became very hostile in her language and attitude. She had poor knowledge of the menu and tried to argue that what we had ordered something that “isn’t even a thing.” However my friend pointed out on the menu that it was in fact an item you can order at this establishment. She did everything except for correct our order, she inferred that we were lying because we just felt like it. We tried to be respectful and reasonable with her, even giving her the benefit of the doubt but she kept getting more and more disrespectful towards us. When the argument started to escalate the manager stepped in and corrected our order. I hope immediate action was taken against that worker because there is absolutely no excuse for that level of hostility when all we wanted was some ice cream for my friends little siblings. This is the first time I have experienced something like this at this establishment, or any fast food place really, and I hope that immediate corrective action is taken so I won’t have to deal with it again and other hard working people who just want some ice cream don’t have to deal with that ever. I hope this review gets to the right person and the appropriate corrective action takes place asap.

Ordered hot fudge Sunday and chocolate chip shake with malt. Got a hot fudge shake and a chocolate malt. This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered a chocolate chip shake and gotten a chocolate malt. The help told me they didn’t make chocolate chip shakes although Dairy Queen’s everywhere have been making them for 40 years I know of. Just not a good experience.

I ordered 4 things and I got 3 small blizzards and a medium vanilla cone but I didn’t get the vanilla cone and not trying to be racist it was a black girl who gave me my items and took my order.

The girls up front cash register was rude and rushing us we had family of 9 with us and one girl walk away because she didn't understand us correctly and the other girl said she make sure we're good just shaking my head with the crew they had tonight

Received 2 blizzards, a banana split and a regular order of cheese curds. All the ice cream was completely melted by the time we got to the drive thru window. Ice cream was literally running down the cup and the banana split was more like banana soup because it was completely melted. Only thing cold in the entire order was the cheese curds. Very disappointed in the product we received after spending over $20
They gave my wife, who was picking up food to bring home, ice cream and then asked her to wait for the rest of the food. She had to wait 20 minutes. When asked if she could have the ice cream remade, they said she'd have to go back through the line. Super unprofessional and poor execution of service.

Ordered food at 5 17 pm and it is now 5 35 pm. This is fast food should not take 20 mins to get aome burgers and fries. There is plenty of people working. Avoid at dinner time if you dont like to wait.
