They gave my wife, who was picking up food to bring home, ice cream and then asked her to wait for the rest of the food. She had to wait 20 minutes. When asked if she could have the ice cream remade, they said she'd have to go back through the line. Super unprofessional and poor execution of service.

This place sucks. If there was ever a place that needed zero Stars this is the one. They don't care about mobile orders they only care about employees orders. They'll make them before they make yours. And don't bother ordering ahead because they don't care. I would never eat here again and I used to come here every week. They didn't even offer an apology they just gave me my food and walked away and I hid.

Fast service from polite employees the food was hot and delicious. A huge bonus for me was lactose free Dilly Bar restaurants never offer lactose free options. I stopped eating at Dairy Queen years ago and only went this time because of the person I was riding with but I'll be back to this location. Definitely with a yummy lactose free ice cream option.
