This place sucks. If there was ever a place that needed zero Stars this is the one. They don't care about mobile orders they only care about employees orders. They'll make them before they make yours. And don't bother ordering ahead because they don't care. I would never eat here again and I used to come here every week. They didn't even offer an apology they just gave me my food and walked away and I hid.

Fast service from polite employees the food was hot and delicious. A huge bonus for me was lactose free Dilly Bar restaurants never offer lactose free options. I stopped eating at Dairy Queen years ago and only went this time because of the person I was riding with but I'll be back to this location. Definitely with a yummy lactose free ice cream option.

DQ food is usually alright. It’s too expensive, but you know that going in. Today I ordered a medium blizzard and got a small, and it took over 20 minutes to get this sorted out. They also required that I walk back to my car to grab the small blizzard (the one they gave by mistake) and throw it away. It was an insane waste of time and food. Very unprofessional.
