Atoka location of taco bell/kfc has very rude people. My daughter choked and threw up everywhere and they were laughing and being very rude about how they were contaminated because it “touched them” when it was no where near them. Not to mention they were vaping in the building which is contaminating as well and the chicken was very hard and dry.

The service is good but the food is terrible the guesadillas is 90% just tortilla nothing inside the Mexican pizza OMG THAT WAS NASTY like they fry the tortilla in old grease so nasty

Just went to get lunch on my break from work, went thru drive thru with my husband and the girl with long braids is very rude and I said thank you a few times. She handed me my food and I said thank you and she turned around and closed the window. If people didn’t order food you wouldn’t have a job, so show some respect and speak to your customers

Husband got the 3 piece tender meal with fries, biscuit, and a Dr. Pepper. The tenders were the size of a pinky finger and so dry you couldn't eat them. Dr pepper was flat and undrinkable. I got the cantina chicken burrito and 2 soft shell tacos. Got the wrong burrito and the soft shell taco meat wasn't even seasoned. Big waste of 25 dollars.

How are you going to tell me just a moment at the drive through, and then get snappy with me after I wait nearly 15 minutes and you haven’t said anything to me until I say something about someone cutting around the entire line?
Every time I’ve been here it’s gotten more and more expensive for the same substandard quality. This is also the only restaurant I have been to where I have actively witnessed two employees try to fight in the kitchen.
Seriously, avoid. Spent the time you would wait in the drive thru driving to Millington for a better overall experience.

The pot pie had a single bite of chicken in it and the crust was sunken in from how little filling was in the pie. The chicken was hard and unable to chew. It took 25 minutes to get food that was already cooked. As I waited for the food in the lobby, the workers were blaring rap music full of profanities with kids listening in the lobby. They forgot some of my items so I had to ask them for them again.

I went to the drive-thru an ordered an 8 piece original recipe with two large sides, the chicken was dry and very hard to eat and the biscuits were hard and unfit to eat
KFC closes at 10pm so be aware. I had to get Taco Bell instead. Food was no good nacho fries was soggy and salty. If Taco Bell stays open until 2am you should keep fresh fries!! Get it together

Myself and my husband went here for lunch. This review is for the kfc located in Millington TN. I put this location because they had the original chicken most kfc does not especially the ones in Memphis. Anyway at this location the original chicken was original chicken if you like original chicken I suggest you go here. Also the staff was friendly and the food was fresh and hot. I highly recommend this kfc 😌

On Easter we had placed an order online to be picked up there. It was not there as the email said it was ready. Service was awful in the situation. Took 3 days to get a refund. Have not been since.

Chicken tenders that you coukdn't bite thru. They were to be Regular but were hot like with pepper. Were warm not hot. Fries not rven warm Both fried in old burnt oil. Received NO Sauce out of 3 orders. All 3 were cookex same. Total waste an we all thru away. Will never go again. No wonder has z 3.2 rating. Hard believe Health Dept doesn't shut down
