Well, looks like people only leave a review when they're dissatisfied. I had a fantastic chicken dinner at this KFC though, the restrooms were clean, the employees were great, and the food was fresh and delicious.

Atoka, TN location 10/9/2024 at 12:15. Employee sits in lobby and decides to get up when 2nd customer comes in to place order. Makes a statement "well I guess I got to go to work now." Does not wash hands, puts on head set that was on the floor, does not clock in, and asks customer waiting online for at least 3 minutes before I arrived for her order. 3rd time having issues here and will NEVER be back. Take a close look at sales revenue and the Facebook community. This location needs an active GM on location until it gets fixed. It is horrible!
Maybe take a look at the Hwy 64 wolfchase location. Great service and food everytime!!
Shame my hometown can not have an adequate running KFC Taco Bell. Plentyy of restaurants to eat at....earn the business or lose it...cause mine is gone!

Got to the drive thru and was told they were only taking card, out of ice and out of "beef" for the Taco Bell half of the restaurant. I said no worries. I ordered a 12 pc family meal extra crispy. The employee working the drive thru was super polite and honest saying that they were low on chicken, but they had half original recipe and half crispy ready, which wasn't a bother to me, but management could improve ready supply. I paid and then got to the second window and was immediately told to pull forward. 15 minutes pass and people are stacking in the drive thru, then the employee working the second window comes out with a family meal bucket and walks past me to the car behind me, car pulls off. The employee stops by my car and asks if someone told me to pull up... "Yes, you told me," I say. She asks me what I got and reminded her I ordered a 12 pc family meal. She then looks like, uh oh! They gave the car behind me who ordered an 8 pc, my family's 12 pc order. Good for that customer getting bonus pieces. Bad for me on a huge waste of time. At this point, I'm done. I park my car and go inside for a refund. There's no other customers. The manager comes out from a room and starts hollering at the cooks to not drop the 12 pc and doesn't communicate any apology for very poor customer service and lack of overall organization and management. Don't see my household wasting time or money with this spot anymore.

Ordered My food for my family was given my total of $112.00 was told it was gonna be a 15 minute. Wait, which I understood.It was a large order went to the first window to use my tap to pay. Handed my phone to the the gentleman hit the window and there was a malfunction because he moved my phone too quickly. So I restarted my phone which literally took 5 seconds while the manager came up. And told me I needed to circle around because other people were waiting And I was taking too long and it wasn't so much what she said, but how she said it with her attitude and rolling of her eyes and took even longer because she didn't want to bring the machine back out for me to use my tap.Once the phone had started, she wanted me to circle back around again even though I was ready to pay , how I have worked in food service. I have worked as a manager. Does she still have a job every other rating? On here is nothing but one stars, and it's even most recent this is an epidemic of issues at this location i for 1 will not be back ever as long as she is in that store

Cold food, missing food and short on filling a potato bowl ..seems to happen every time, this place is just sadly run and needs NEW managers because they are not doing their job , .. I will be complaining to the corporate office about this location and I encourage everyone to do the same

First of all let me start by saying I've lived here for 10 years and this is the worst it's ever been here. No matter what time of day you come the service is nonexistent. When you tell them about their mistakes, all they do is give you attitude. I'm pretty sure I'll never come back to this location ever again. The food is always cold even though they don't make it until you order it. The cleanliness in this place is also abysmal. Go somewhere else you will be much happier. On a final note there's always at least one person you can tell cares about their job and doing the right thing but they're just overwhelmed by the mass amount of others who just don't care.

My fiancé and I order a small amount of food. We waited forever, they got our order wrong and we had to go back for missing food. When we got home, the orders in the boxes were still wrong!!! When we were given our cups the fountain drink area was FRIGHTENING! BLACK MOLD IS EVERYWHERE. I have worked in fast food before and know better!
Waited at least 40 minutes at the drive-thru. Fries and chicken were cold. About 10 fries, if that, in the box. The drink was watered down, and of course, flat. Never again will I visit this KFC!

Went inside KFC order 12 pieces of chicken and three sides they got order mixed up my order sets on the counter for over 15 minutes they said it was number 86 my number was 87 got home with the order and it was cool and I only had 8 pieces of chicken i order 12 pieces got shorted and cool food not goodAtoka i spend 49.00 + not good

Whoever owns this location, please sell it to someone that cares!! The last 3 times I’ve been here, out of biscuits, chicken slimy and disgusting. Read your reviews, food quality & service are horrible!!

Went through the drive-thru and ordered two chicken breasts original recipe, slaw, mashed potatoes, a biscuit and a large unsweet tea with no ice. I got home with mashed potatoes, slaw two chicken thighs, and unsweet tea with ice. No biscuit. Do they really deserve $15 an hour? I'm extremely disappointed. It may be worth going all the way to Millington and bypassing Atoka altogether.
