Been through this location a few times this year. Almost every time, it takes 20+ minutes to get my order, and I’d say about 30% of the time, the order is either wrong or missing something. Some of the staff are very kind, but it’s honestly a hit or miss, especially early morning or later at night

Never go here. I ordered food at 2:40 and left the building at 3:40. The food was cold, they prepared the food wrong, and I didn't receive any monopoly tickets, nor did they try to compensate me for it when I brought it up. 0/10, seriously avoid this place, ESPECIALLY on Saturdays.

This is consistently the worst McDonald's I have been to. The food is rarely hot, the wait times are excessive, the staff is extraordinarily rude, the fountain drinks taste terrible like the soda fountains have never been cleaned, the playplace is disgusting. There is no posted information to contact the franchisee so I have to leave this review here. It is not a one-time thing. It has been consistently like this for the three years I have lived in Munford.

We went here yesterday for lunch, and the guy handing out the orders (inside, not drive thru) couldn't have been nicer. I wish I'd gotten his name!! I used the kiosk to place our order and actually screwed it up, lol! We ate it anyway. With fast food places I think 50% is the food and 50% is the service. Sadly, we are so used to crummy service nowadays that when we encounter a truly NICE employee like we did yesterday, we are shocked and happy. So our visit was great!
