We went here yesterday for lunch, and the guy handing out the orders (inside, not drive thru) couldn't have been nicer. I wish I'd gotten his name!! I used the kiosk to place our order and actually screwed it up, lol! We ate it anyway. With fast food places I think 50% is the food and 50% is the service. Sadly, we are so used to crummy service nowadays that when we encounter a truly NICE employee like we did yesterday, we are shocked and happy. So our visit was great!

Got three meals, two burgers and 10 peice chicken nugget. All MEALS. One fry was missing, Big Mac was cold, bun seemed old and was hard, gross and not fresh at all. Fries were cold, and literally every drink in there fountain was not carbonated and flat. I gave up trying to find a good drink and choose coke. Still flat and couldn’t drink it. If you looking for BAD FOOD, this is the place to go! I was looking for quick lunch for my family and I should have just cooked at home. We threw literally everything in the trash. What a disappointment and waste of 35 dollars. Wont ever be back

Went through the drive through, of course they had me pull into space 1 till they could prepare my meal while moving other customers along, so I don’t hold up the line sitting there waiting on them. They bring out my mail. I’ll look in the bag everything’s there and I leave for home. After arriving at home, I start in on my meal. My day had already been pretty long. I was glad to get to the house to be able to eat a little something I picked up my burger looked good from the outside, so I took a bite set it down was still continuing to do stuff at the house took another bite and noticed the taste a little different. I was so busy, I didn’t even Think to actually look at the burger, but when I went in for my third bite I looked back at my burger and noticed why it did taste so different, spit that last bite out. Hopefully, I don’t suffer from any food poisoning from that little bit that I did consume. This is by far the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to, I have never had my food so undercooked before.

I ordered a hot coffee with 4 creamers on the side. When I received the coffee it was cold. Now I know when he picked that cup up it was cold to him. I was asking to pull up and wait for 20 minutes then I go inside to get my refund. Only to see that it's a zoo crew working. Everyones laughing and playing. The manager was a complete joke. Then I had to wait another 15 minutes for my refund. While I'm waiting this lady walks up beside me complaining about her coffee being cold as while.This wasn't my only poor experience here. Don't go at night. Thank me later.

Lazy as hell. Me and my boyfriend placed a mobile order 30 minutes before 12am. We get there around 11:45. We wait at the drive thru for 10 minutes. Nobody answers. We pull up to the window and a girl looks at us and just walks away. They refused to serve us or even talk to us. I’m confused. Do y’all close at 11:30 or 12 like the sign says? Now I have to wait 3-7 days for my refund to process. When I worked in fast food you closed when you said you closed. Not 30 minutes prior.

The mobile app glitched and so the order did not go through, which meant we had to order again in the store. The food was pretty typical fast food but the floor was so sticky that it was slippery to walk on and the restaurant did not feel clean at all.
