I wasn’t pleased with my meal which was a steak and cheese. I had to send it back once for bread being so stale it was inedible. The second time the sandwich was full of cartridge. I ended up sending it back and not getting anything else. I will say Hailey was an amazing server! She had a great attitude and was extremely kind and attentive. I would consider returning only because of the service she provided!

This location needs an overhaul. The ceiling is waterstained and moldy. The ac vents drip on the tables, you and right near if not on the salad bar. The chairs we sat in felt gross. They felt like they had caked up dirt and grease on them. My husband had to move his chair and put his hand on the seat and it stuck to it. We were there for a presentation this time and the staff did not get most the orders right and kept calling out plates that no one had asked for. My husband's was never called out. He took one of the plates with the meat he ordered cause no one else got it and the country fried steak was dry and he never received his mashed potatoes. I took a different plate because they did not call out mine either. I enjoyed the food but the experience could have been better. This was the second time we had visited here. The same vent leaking problem was happening then. And the orders were wrong then too. Most of the other establishments they have are great so I don't understand why there so many issues here that have not been fixed, cleaned or addressed.

Allows regular pet dogs inside.. There were 3 people with pets there, at the same time. I like animals, I love dogs, I love my animal mostly, But I don't need other people's pets around me at dinner time especially in a public restaurant.
1 star is being really to much we tried to eat there to night after finally getting a table cleaned we sat ourselves finally we got silverware & a menu .Never got a server to take our order .There were 3 people at the counter looking they watched us walk out without trying to help.No help at all .

I had not eaten here in some time and was wary of the noticeable price increase. But with ground beef at $7 a lb and a strip steak that would be better suited for the kids table than the adults costing around $25 from the grocery store I figured $20 wasnt such a bad deal after all for an order of beef tips. I must say that of all price increases, this is the first where I could, without a doubt, say the customer was compensated for the additional cost. The portion of beef was huge and, as always, absolutely fat and grissle free. The peppers were abundant, and they added red to their original green and onion mix. The food was piping hot, and the macaroni and cheese was at least a half pound portion. They provided a to go container for the salad, and I was able to make my own from the salad bar. The place was immaculate, the service perfect from the young brunette that radiated a pleasant hospitality and cheerful disposition.The place was surprisingly full for 10 minutes before closing, but they were adequately staffed to accommodate the customers. The only thing I can hold against the whole experience was a couple of overly eager staff were breaking down the aforementioned salad bar with the anticipation I can only assume of getting to leave earlier but to thier credit they immediately ceased and even brought some of the staple items that one would assume would go in a salad back for me and the other 2 customers to finish assembling our salad. Very pleasant experience, and I dont pass out compliments often or easily. I also was surprised by the obvious competency of such an incredible young staff most of which looked as if they still attend the local High school before coming to work at night. And I saw only one person of any considerable age or experience but am not sure if he was a regular or possibly the manager from neither his clothes demeanor or interaction with the staff member he was in dialouge with. It's impressive for such a young group to display such work ethic while also being courteous pl polite and engaging with the customers instead of ignoring them. I wish could give it 6 stars they really did deserve it. Good job!

I live 1000 miles away, and purchased food for several meals for my best friends in Memphis who are going through some tough times.
